Does anyone really believe that story any more? This was a woman who had the courage to stand up against the corrupt W regime and crime family to present a case in court on her own, only later to be joined by one (or more) attorneys to represent her. This is the same kind of suicide that afflicted Cliff Baxter and numerous others who have crossed the BBBR before. > -----Original Message----- > From: Jackson Thoreau [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Sent: Monday, November 10, 2003 8:33 > To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > Subject: [Dem-CA] Woman who filed sexual assault lawsuit against bush > confirmed dead, cause of death listed as "gunshot wound to head" > > I finally got some confirmation from an obit in the Houston Chronicle > that Margie Schoedinger, the woman who filed a sexual assault lawsuit > against Bush last year, died in September. Posted on Saturday, December 14 @ 16:30:16 EST by JohnBrown Submitted by sv3n by Kira Poznakhirko, Pravda [RU] December 13th, 2002 American woman filed a sex crime lawsuit against George W. Bush A lot of women liked previous President of the United States Bill Clinton. Women thought that he was a very charming and attractive man. However, the situation with incumbent President George Bush is totally different. Mr. Bush is definitely a representative of another psychological type of human being. It is evident that he is often drawn to solve all problems with the help of the military force. As it turns out, this trait of his character it also seen when it comes to sexual relationships with women. There were some people in America, who tried to warn the American society that George W. Bush was not a mentally balanced man. They said that his conduct was suspiciously weird at times. Needless to mention that all those warnings stopped as soon as George W. Bush took the office of the American President. It was just said that it was a dirty elections method of his competitors. However, the society had to become concerned about their president after those warnings proved right. The White House press service had to think of many reasonable explanations to clarify Bush's bruises or ridiculous slips of his tongue. Nevertheless, the monstrous acts of terrorism of September 11th made George Bush ⌠innocent, so to speak. = He became a national hero - a sacred cow of the American democracy. Bush's strange approach to the solution of various issues stopped being a surprise to anyone against the background of the patriotic outburst in the country. However, the people, who knew George Bush very well in his ⌠pre- presidential life, were not really surprised about rather a shocking piece of news. It became known that a resident of Missouri City, Texas, Margie Schoedinger, filed a lawsuit against the former governor of Texas and the current president of the United States. PRAVDA.Ru has the complete text of Schoedinger's petition at its disposal. In her suit, Margie Schoedinger states that George W. Bush committed sexual crimes against her, organized harassment and moral pressure on her, her family members and close relatives and friends. As Schoedinger said, she was strongly recommended to keep her mouth shut. In addition to that, three unknown men attempted to kidnap her on October 26, 2000. According to Margie Schoedinger, Sugar Land police officers arrived at the scene of the crime. However, they treated kidnappers respectfully and let them go, while Margie and her family members were questioned rather aggressively. Eventually, the police made her dismiss her own lawsuit. Yet, the harassment continued in spite of the lawsuit dismissal. The frightened American woman went to the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Yet, FBI Houston Office agents took on the same demeanor as Sugar Land police officers. One of them told the lady that everything was highly organized. Margie Schoedinger does not know, to which extent her husband might suffer from that sexual harassment. Whether or not her husband was raped remains in question. As Margie Schoedinger alleges, both she and her husband were drugged after she was raped. She can only state that ⌠those men purported to be FBI agents raping her for the purpose= of covering for how many times they had drugged her and allowed the Defendant (George W. Bush) to rape her in the same manner. As a result of all that, pregnant Margie Schoedinger was hospitalized. She had a miscarriage. As she says, George W. Bush was the father of the lost child. Furthermore, she alleges that George Bush ordered to show pressure on her to the point, when she commits suicide. Margie Schoedinger's husband was fired from work. Her husband has been unable to find any job since then. He does not get the federal unemployment allowance either. Later, Margie Schoedinger learned that both police officers and FBI agents acted like that at the behest of the defendant, incumbent President George W. Bush. The scandal with the woman was gathering pace. Sugar Land police decided to conduct a background investigation into Margie Schoedinger's past activities. As it turned out, she ⌠had seven dates, (which then became seven lovers), had told no lies, committed no crimes, gotten two traffic tickets and dated George W. Bush as a minor. Officer Marcaurele from Sugar Land police department says that his department never had any records either from Margie Schoedinger or any of her relatives. The officer added that there were several attempts made to contact her, but she returned no call. Margie Schoedinger's lawsuit was filed on December 2nd, 2002. The plaintiff acts as her own legal representative. The suit is currently in the Fort Bend County system in County Civil Court at Law 3. The plaintiff tries to make the defendant pay her 49 million dollars for ⌠reasons of emotional distress, loss of freedom and ability to pursue= her own dreams, alienation of affection from her spouse, loss of privacy, being disparaged on the Internet, and loss of her ability to be a Christian writer. It is hard to say, if this woman's story is true or not. Who knows, probably, she is one of thousands of American women, who perform sexual favors to high-ranking politicians of America. However, Margie Schoedinger's story looks like the psychopathic actions of the sitting American president. George W. Bush's goals are so very similar when it comes to the aggression against Iraq, or to the anti- terrorist campaign: to destroy, to harass, to crush. This way or other, the fact of these criminal proceedings does not bring any honor either to the USA or to its president. By the way, the criminal proceedings against previous American President Bill Clinton also started in a small town. Who knows, maybe Margie Schoedinger would simply vanish one day? http://english.pravda.ru/main/2002/12/13/40786.html ======== http://www.newsfrombabylon.com/article.php?sid=2647 The Bush Rape Story : Is the Media Ignoring Zippergate 2? Posted on Saturday, December 21 @ 22:23:09 EST by JohnBrown Submitted by sv3n by Sean Carter, CounterPunch [US] December 20, 2002 There is a story floating around the Internet that is being ignored by the mainstream press. Normally, this would be a good thing because, le's face it, information from the Internet is about as reliable as an airline's baggage handling department. For instance, just last week, I received another e-mail from someone claiming that Bill Gates would give me all of his money if I forwarded the e-mail to ten friends. Nevertheless, the story in question is 100% accurate. In fact, anyone with a computer and a modem can verify the story by downloading court documents. However, the accuracy of the story does not seem to be enough for the media. Apparently, this story does not meet its threshold of "responsible journalism." Fortunately, if you've ever read my column, then you know that I am neither professional nor a journalist. Therefore, I will be happy to break the story for you. President Bush is being accused of rape. This allegation is part of a lawsuit filed by a Texas woman, Margie Schoedinger. According to the complaint filed on December 3rd in Fort Bend County, Texas, the President and his men are accused of repeatedly kidnapping, drugging and raping Mrs. Schoedinger and possibly her husband. No, I am not making his up. To be honest, I'm not nearly this creative. If I were, I'd be a novelist and not a humorist. According to the complaint, in the fall of 2000, three unknown assailants attempted unsuccessfully to kidnap Schoedinger. When she reported the crime to the Sugar Land Police Department (remember, I'm not making this up), she was harassed by the police. She was treated similarly by the FBI. To make matters worse, her bank accounts were frozen, her husband lost his job, her academic records were expunged and she became the subject of 24-hour surveillance. According to the complaint, this treatment was orchestrated by none of than the President of the United States. Schoedinger claims that Bush is attempting to pressure her into committing suicide. Of course, you may be asking why would the President do such a thing? Well, according to the plaintiff, she personally asked Bush the very same question. Bush allegedly replied that he is concerned that Schoedinger may remember the numerous and repeated acts of sexual assault he has committed against her and her husband. His original plan was to simply kill the plaintiff. But since he couldnt go through with it, he decided to simply drive her crazy instead. In her lawsuit, Schoedinger is asking for $50 million for "emotional distress, loss of freedom and ability to pursue Plaintiff's own dreams, alienation of affection from Plaintiff's spouse, loss of privacy, being disparaged on the Internet, and loss of Plaintiff's ability to be a Christian writer." Now, before you label me as a "crackpot" (although I suspect it's probably too late for that), let me just say that I am somewhat skeptical of the plaintiff's claims in this case. For one, the thought of the President repeatedly abducting a woman to sexual assault her and her husband strikes me as far-fetched. After all, we are talking about President George W. Bush not President Dennis Rodman. The second clue that perhaps these allegations are unfounded is the fact that the plaintiff filed the complaint "pro se" or without the benefit of an attorney. In America, there are approximately 1 million lawyers, 990,000 of whom are desperately looking for work. The fact that Schoedinger could not find even one lawyer to represent her in this matter may something about the credibility of her claims. Nevertheless, in my view, this does not absolve the mainstream media from its responsibility to cover the news. This lawsuit is not rumor or innuendo. It's a fact. Sure, the allegations are ridiculous but perhaps no more so than Trent Lott's claims that Strom Thurmond would have made a great president. Yet, the media has had no trouble covering the Lott story incessantly for the last two weeks. Of course, some would argue that this type of story unnecessarily sullies the President's reputation. This is simply not true. Now, that you've read this story, do you any less respect for the President? In fact, if a story like this does anything, it actually makes us more sympathetic towards the President. For instance, in the past, I have made fun of Bush's almost daily verbal gaffes. And, of course, I'll continue to do so in the future. But I will feel bad about doing so from now on. After all, if I had women accusing me of raping them and their husbands, perhaps I'd suffer a few lapses in conjugation myself. In short, the media should have reported the filing of this lawsuit. The media should trust the American people to be able to distinguish the truth from the lies. Now, if you will excuse me, I need to answer this e-mail from an exiled foreign minister in Zaire who is willing to give me $1 million if I help him transfer money from his Swiss bank account. (Score: 0) by Anonymous on Thursday, January 16 @ 16:08:20 EST The thing is that if you consider both Clinton and Bush are puppets of the Rockefeller and Bildeberger one world government bullies, why would the media cover this story? There are numerous accounts from real life witnesses to what happened behind the Clintons (Clinton Body Count). Real life non-fiction not covered by the media, like who really killed Vince Foster, and those other interns with the same initials as Monica Lewinsky, suspicious murders all, but the body count is quite large. There is no proof that these things happened to this woman, but it is strangely reminiscent of the same stories of harassment via FBI agents, reported during the Clinton scandals, by a lot of individuals who sought to expose the Clintons. It is very possible that this woman is telling the truth. Right down to the last detail. Its an awful lot of trouble to go thru with little proof, as an eloborate lie. Are we to believe this is a left-wing scandal by Al Gore's friends? It would be easy to prove that this woman was in the hospital after a rape, or that her bank accounts were indeed frozen. Who has that kind of power, to thwart an FBI investigation, if not the Governor of Texas, or the President of the United States. Naom Chomsky should be able to vouch for the power of the State to limit the freedoms of a political dissident thru extreme pressure and intimidation. The media will ignore this story.......but will the American People ignore it? Try contacting the Clerk of Courts in Fort Bend, Texas to verify the subpeona, and contact your local news station to ask WHY it is not NEWSWORTHY? People have a right to know what RELATIONSHIP exists between this woman and our elected officials... Americans need to take back this country. They serve us, not the other way around. Strenght exists in numbers. The more people who pressure the media for attention and quest for answers, the more light will be shed. Don't let this woman be victimized by ignorance. If she is a fraud, then we are all left feeling safer. But if she is telling the truth, we should all live in fear of this kind of tyranny........
