Valley, the significant point is that the Germans are not French
or Chinese, as relates to heroin geopolitics of that Tajik area,

they can widen their control.
Do the Germans get farther west "in the north"? That would put
them in areas involving Dostum, Mazar-e-Sharif, Secord's
Uzbekistan route, Heroin Hekmatyar's Iranian security guards.

The latest SPIEGEL issue reports on the troop, it's Bavarian
commander, and the crop in the North of Afghanistan. We seem to be
speaking about 75% of the worlds Heroin producer, are we? Figure the

In Kosova/o the German troops were in charge of crime too. Now they
