There are business classes in schools that talk about the
depersonalization of business. It shows that the unique ideas have gained
market share. To me the course was about how to be efficient in business -
and I HATED it! You are either efficient or effective. Some times the
ideas and people that are effective do not seem to be efficient since the
better you are the more you may be working with different ideas and able to
correlate those ideas to work with many different people.
I would rather be effective!
