Work will be performed in Lansing, Mich., and is expected to be completed by Dec. 31, 2004. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This was a sole source contract initiated on Nov. 18, 2003. The U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command, Fort Detrick, Md., is the contracting activity (W9113M-04-D-0002).
