And how modern politicians manipulate itOver the recent five years terrorism - as a phenomenon - has taken the top place in politics, press and minds. That's natural. Although terrorism has always existed in this or that form, nowadays it has become wide-spread. Politicians, scientists, different specialists are said to offer more than 400 definitions of terrorism. Shall we go into details, terrorism is not a science, this is a tool. A deputy of the Russian State Duma, the deputy head of the defense committee Natalia Narochnitskaya says: there are two types of terrorism. First - which attacked the WTC towers in New York, commuter trains in Spain, it has no territorial claims. Second - sets forth territorial claims. This is Kosovo and Chechnya. In the end the deputy added, almost shouted that over the last several centuries Russia has sacrificed thousands of its soldiers in the Caucasus and Chechens want to tear it away from Russia. Thus, Narochnitskaya legalized the colonial system which had been denounced by the international community long ago. That happened on April 4, in Vladimir Pozner's program "Vremena" ("Times") on Russia's ORT TV channel. Two weeks earlier, on March 21, also taking part in Pozner's program, political scientist Sergei Karaganov said: "National-liberation struggle must be forbidden." That's it! Narochnitskaya, Karaganov openly defend Russia's colonial interests. Such qualification of terrorism is simple and is very suitable for politicians, at least, at the moment. Russian scientists do not bother about searching for the roots of the disease. But if the diagnosis is wrong, subsequent treatment can kill the organism. We shall distinguish between political, criminal and blood feud terrorism. The difference between these forms is their objectives. As well as the scope, because state terrorism is political terrorism. Scientific-like researches mislead people, give cynical politicians an opportunity to manipulate different types of terrorism as they want. Depending on the necessity, they either divide it into types or pile it up. In such case even a national-liberation struggle is called international terrorism. Feud terrorism appeared in Chechnya in response to Russia's state terrorism, war crimes committed by the federal army against the civilian population, when people failed to find legal protection. It has become widely spread with the beginning of the second Russian-Chechen war, when the Russian army recruited kontraktnikis, scoundrels of all sorts, including criminals, who flooded into Chechnya "to make fortunes:" robbery of the civilian population, extortions, marauding. They were given a carte-blanche and they shot off all Chechens. War crimes became wide-spread by the order from the Center. No one has canceled the governmental order ?229 of March 02, 1996, the Instruction of the information coverage group of the presidential aide Pain. They demand "displaying the different origin and parasitism of the given enemy (the Chechen people - S.G.) on the healthy body of Russia, the extermination of which is a sacred affair for every Russian." It is not in the interests of Russia to distinguish this type of terrorism. Searching for its roots we are likely to reveal not only separate cases of human rights violations, but also war crimes, crimes against humanity committed by the Russian army in Chechnya. That's why politicians defined the appearance of single suicide-avengers as the Palestinization of the Russian-Chechen conflict. A barefaced lie! Chechen avengers have nothing in common with Palestinian suicide bombers. Chechens do not take revenge for killed political leaders. They take revenge only for innocently killed relatives, for themselves, for humiliations and deadly offences. I condemn all forms of terrorism, but I can understand these avengers. The Chechen people has never been a religious fanatic. Islam does not demand it. Chechens have never assumed the mission of spreading Islam by force of weapon. However, having no reasons Russia has always attributed religious fanaticism to them. It is a lie. There is no religion in its spiritual sense. Over centuries new users have turned the faith into a political ideology, an instrument to seize power and material wealth. Before our eyes religious figures has turned religion into an instrument of personal and corporate enrichment. Their ideals - is power and money. There is an open clericalization of the society in Russia; schools and army are open for the Orthodox church. Orthodox priests sanctify tanks and nuclear weapons, bless soldiers for killings, approve of the Russian-Chechen war as a campaign against "bandits." The Russian Orthodox church seizes public property and lands turning into the largest owner. The modern clergy is not scruple to use state privileges, make money on tobacco and vodka. Russian priests, mullas speculated in them spending all the donations on it. In Chechnya mullas used to build palaces resembling mosques. Today authorities and religious figures have common interests. That's why they stick to each other. The blood feud law demand to take revenge on the culprit. But Russia's army, secret services are faceless, they work in masks, they kill not Makhmudov or Akhmedov for concrete crimes, but Chechens in general, putting the responsibility of a handful of political adventurists on the entire people. That's why Chechens followed the example and put the responsibility for crimes committed by the military on the entire Russian people. A tragic and wrong decision the roots of which are obvious. In the unequal struggle of selfish interests, for world domination, in the struggle of ambitions the world powers apply the most sophisticated methods, give birth to monsters. And then they spend enormous material and human resources to fight this monster. Russia's aggression against Chechnya has resulted in the Chechen terror. Now "the parents" put the blame on their "children" they have brought up. They have exaggerated the problem to the universal scale. Bin Laden is turned into a phantom difficult to catch, which managed to establish such system of terrorism organizations when liquidations of some of its parts does not affect the whole body. It seems this person does not exist, only his evil genius. Politicians seem to need such individuals to realize their geopolitical interests. These interests - initially opposing - converge in the need to frighten their nations, the entire world with international terrorism and stubbornly push the Earth to a planetary war between Christianity and Islam. Who and what fruits will reap after such global cataclysm? Russian politicians do not like when the country is charged with running on Fascist lines. Even the Soviet encyclopedic dictionary gives the following definition to Fascism: the usage of extreme forms of violence, state-monopolistic methods to regulate economy, the usage of political, often pseudo-socialistic demagogy in order to create a mass base of fascist parties and organizations, military chauvinism, racism. All these signs are present in today's Russia. Democratic freedoms are reduced, the pocket parliament obediently produces the laws of the Tzar. Any free thinking is subdued, court process take place behind the closed doors, so that people do not see Russia's biased justice at work. Secret services has created assault groups, similar to fascist Sa and SS. They have the same symbols - swastika and stripes with letters SS, and slogans "Live, Arian Russia, close your iron ranks." and appeals: "Every our action shall include aggression. Every Russian nationalist shall realize: our goal - Russian power in entrance halls, apartment blocks, in the street, cities, regions, country." That's in St. Petersburg. There are thousands of such groups across Russia, in every town, village. They are called like follows: "Going together," "Party of freedom," skinheads. They even have their own printed bodies openly promoting national-fascist ideas. Not surprisingly mostly teenagers form such nationalistic groups. The crimes committed by their leaders, who are not under age, can easily be blamed on teenagers. This is a strategic reserve of Russian politicians and secret services, as criminals released by Beria in 1953. With a secret support of local authorities groups of such teenagers in all Russian cities organize massive pogroms, cripple, kill all non-Russians. Isn 't this terrorism? Some members of such groups are made accountable. Authorities shamelessly lie to own citizens, stubbornly deny the presence of fascist-style groups, their relation to secret services. And those whose cases go to court, are usually tried not for criminal crimes - murder or causing severe physical injuries for race and nationalist criteria - but for promoting nationalistic ideas, hooliganism. Or as happened in Volgograd, their crimes are qualified as struggle to re-divide property. That's why they receive ridiculous sentences, suspended sentences, relieved from responsibility. A concentrated acid of propaganda was used to remove mercy and moral from the Russian people and it rolled down to chauvinism. An indicator is the voting of the audience for opponents in NTV's program "To the barrier." Regardless of common sense and reasons, voices are given in support of those who shouts out nationalist slogans louder. Isn't this terrorism? The great people is being humiliated with extortion of bribes, humiliations and offenses. A gang of criminals usurped the power in the country, adopted convenient laws and thereby robbed and continued to rob the people. the nation is steadily falling down to degradation, losing its spiritual and psychological health. Having lost all hopes, the youth takes to drink, fill up criminal structures. Soldiers - blessed by the Church and sent to war by the Power - when back home and abandoned by all, turn into killers and bandits. Isn't this state terrorism? How can we call a state where all these signs are present, if not fascist? This is the state terrorism of Russia. It appeared not yesterday, this is a steady trend. All the political and military leadership of Russia of the latest 15 years is "the father" of the Chechen terrorism, political, criminal and blood feud terrorism. No one else.
