Dear Mayor Dr. Campbell:
And all it takes to lay out those facts is the sequence of events from the
Dockside gestapo-like "procedures" in HR 2863 and related psychological
tortures to the physical tortures of being forced by MHR to sleep outdoors
at the Portside Overpass or similar setting.
Now as a former RCMP and also an MD-physician, you are well qualified to
give evidence to UNHCHR on the FACTS of this sequence of events. After
all, you persist in making public pronouncements about how "we have to
help those people". Could you please tell us and Doctors Without Borders,
cc'd, what the VARIOUS SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS ARE FOR EXPOSURE-RELATED
ILLNESS, the illness which this government is KNOWINGLY INFLICTING ON
VANCOUVER CITIZENS?
It was your party (COPE) which recently released the information by email
that 1,200 Vancouverites now spend the night like those at the Portside
Overpass and that the 1,200 is a doubling over the last two years and it
was COPE which said that THIS IS DUE TO VICTORIA GOVERNMENT.
Could you not get access to the health file information of those 1,200
people in the Ministry of Health and extract information on all of the
illness which is reasonably attributed to exposure?
We can't think of a better way to really help all those people than to
factually present the medical nightmare which the Victoria Government
(with obvious approval of the Ottawa Government) is inflicting on them.

PS-Have you read the Gordon Thomas book on "Medical Torture and the Mind
Controllers"? Toronto Star called it "An investigative thriller which
takes us on a macabre journey to dark, secret places". FACTS are the
foundation of such documentary non-fiction and it is FACTS we now need to
present as Evidence to UNHCHR.

admit that you are accessing government forensic psychiatric file
information for political purposes.
Since some of the 26 signatories (so far) who have submitted the "class
action" part of the complaint may have such files in ministries like
Health and Human Resources, we want to be explicit about drawing this to
the attention of UNHCHR.

Now that sounds like a threat and hopefully UNHCHR will ask you further
what "pegged" means.
We have gone as far as we can go to keep our complainants confidential and
anonymous while of course UNHCHR has to have the names to verify the
information. But we have made the point which you are verifying that
exposing any names to the public or to "unsavory" people is fraught with
danger for us.
A government which literally and factually threatens the health and lives
of thousands of people daily is a menace and we do not know how far they
will go to use intimidation, ie threats to life and health, for coercing
compliance from our people and quashing our political message. That is
what the proposal to use Portside videocam information (below) would help
to establish in conjunction with medical file information of the health
effects of sleeping outdoors at Portside.

In institutions like Riverview, which I take it is where you worked, if
food, shelter, clothing and other ESSENTIALS for health and life were
withheld or withdrawn, those responsible would face CRIMINAL charges as
you know (at least under Criminal Code of Canada Section 215).
Now the same patients can go to Dockside and be threatened with
withholding and withdrawing the same essentials. That happens daily.
When Dockside follows through on the threats, "Citizen X" is out on the
street. So the next destination in the HR 2863 "procedure" may be the
underside of the Dockside Overpass just one block away. Visitors often see
the cardboard and other signs that someone has slept there the night
before. That spot has one of the various Portside cameras mounted high
above on a telephone pole.
Once at the Overpass, the signs and symptoms of exposure-related illness
or exposure syndrome are immediately induced. MHR and Health ministries
know fully well what they are doing so the psychological torture at
Dockside becomes the physical torture at Overpass. Health is immediately
attacked by exposure and the lives of these people are placed in
significant peril.
Insects like fleas and mites were mentioned earlier but there is also the
peril of criminal attack. Dockside informed us by email last year that at
least one sexual assault had been stopped because of their surveillance
camera information. MHR victims sleeping under the camera obviously face
such risks. Again, Health and Human Resource ministries know fully well
what they are doing.

know with 100% certainty that this is a regimen of torture and threats to
the lives of our people. Name one reputable counselling/therapy/rehab
school in North America which teaches its students to underpin programming
with the threats to health and life which are daily fare at Dockside.
And did you use such "methods" at Riverview? UNHCHR might ask you.

THE FACTS will prove our case. That is why we ask for Portside camera

How often have you called FACTS "psychotic"? Either Dockside is or is not
threatening the health and lives of its victims as stated in our
complaint. Either it is or is not following through on those threats.
Either the psychological and physical ill-health caused by exposure is or
is not what the cameras and medical files report it to be.
