Note the clips below: From Hawaii-Independence, the objective is "global
domination". From Washington Post, the method is psychological torture
which may become physical torture.
Now ask yourself who designed the "MHR Regimen" in BC/Canada as described
on our web site, with its use of psychological and physical torture as an
INSTRUMENT OF GOVERNANCE in Canada. Does it stop at the offices of Premier
Campbell and Prime Minister Martin?
Are the MHR Regimen and DOC Paradigm limited to Canada or are they telling
us how "world domination" is being instituted through Operation Torture
and Terror against civilian populations who do not "tow the line" of the
U-S-A New World Order?

Senator Byrd summed it up well on CNBC last night. He said that this
president is uniquely scary among the dozen he has served with. Byrd fears
for the Constitution of the American people and for liberty and justice
world-wide.
