He zigzags through every witness testimony, isolating one, picking and choosing, twisting, inserting, papering over with a lie like saying Jean-Pierre drew a zigzag. Jean-Pierre goes with the VDOT traffic tower witnesses who saw the Boeing fly overhead on the other side of the street across from the Annex. Dick is merely asserting that he himself believes the plane flew over the Annex, not that Jean-Pierre or his aerial photo do so.
