Sorry to those of you who have launched futile Amazon.com searches (and no, by the way, I'm not the David McGowan who writes books on dentistry and oral surgery). I am assured that Programmed to Kill will start showing up on Amazon.com and other online seller sites over the course of the next several weeks, as well as in Books in Print (or something like that), which will enable any bookstore to order copies. I am also considering making a bulk purchase so that I can sell signed copies through my website. If I purchase enough copies, I can then sell them for below retail price (a signed copy and a discount -- such a deal!). However, I will only do so if there appears to be sufficient demand. And if I can figure out how to set up some kind of payment system. Details, details ... However you ultimately get your copy, be sure to head immediately to Amazon and post a glowing five-star review. Four stars is okay as well, but we kind of frown on three-star reviews. If you absolutely hate the book and feel compelled to post a one-star review, please do so by using poor grammar and spelling and lots of capital letters and exclamation points. I like those almost as much as the five-star reviews.
