Accidental? I think not. Due to the fact that our government spends
billions of dollars making sure that their weaponry is extremely precise
(i.e. satellites that can pinpoint anyone anywhere clearly), I highly
doubt that the civillian killings were accidentally. It sounds to me to
be part of NATO's 10% population decrease plans. I would bet these
bombings have been orchestrated from the start in cooperation with
Milosevic.
