Black operations: Markale market "massacre" the sequel
We have been notified from our unofficial sources (rather
reliable, so far) that a sequel to Sarajevo Markale market
"massacre" is in preparation. NATO countries' public has
been reluctant to accept the ground troops deployment. The air
raids are not yielding any tangible results. The war can not be
won from air alone, and for escalating the air strike to full
deployment of ground troops a REALLY good cause is needed.
Similar ideas have been toyed with for quite a while. There were
rumours of "something" going on, some unspecified preparations
being carried out, but no more details given, leaving everything
in the realm of the usual propaganda and counter-propaganda of
both sides.
But latest information we gathered have more disturbing details, adding
considerable weight to the rumours:
"Reportedly a group of American and German pilots are training
for some time now on Yugoslav made Croatian Air Force planes
"galeb" and "jastreb".
The planes will be painted in the FRY Air Force colours and
insignia and used for bombing the ethnic Albanian refugee camps
in Albania. That would be the "just" cause for ground troops
intervention. Additional facts that support this scenario are:
1. For days NATO has intensified the relocation of refugees from
the border regions of Albania and Macedonia further inland.
2. The arrival of NATO aeroplanes into Albania and Skopje is not
covered by tv reports as before (business associate in
Macedonia confirmed that the number of transport aeroplanes
arriving to Skopje has significantly increased).
3. Christian Amanpour has arrived to Albania. "
Our comment:
It is unclear whether Croatian AF has any of the "galeb" or
"jastreb" Yugoslav made planes. It is our guess that all of them
were evacuated to Yugoslavia in 1991. But, it would be easy to
obtain these planes from some of the African countries, that
have purchased them when they were very popular as reliable,
low-budget jet planes. We know that several private collectors
from USA have purchased some of these planes from the Air Force
Museum in Belgrade. So, we can conclude that there are quite a
few of these planes outside FR Yugoslavia, and that they can be
used as described.
Furthermore, according to the stipulations of the June 14th 1996
Agreement on Sub Regional Arms Control signed in Florence,
Italy, FR Yugoslavia has decided to get rid of all "galeb" and
"jastreb" planes, leaving in service only "Super galeb G4" and
"Orao" planes, plus MiG-21 and MiG-29. So, even if an attack on
refugee camps would be executed with "galeb" or "jastreb"
planes, that could hardly be attributed to FR Yugoslavia Air
Force.
The movement of refugees further away from the border is a sure
sign that there is no expectation of peaceful settlement soon,
and that border area has to be cleared and secured for advancing
troops.
Increase in NATO transport flights to Skopje can be explained
in various ways, mainly by increase in refugee relief supplies
shipments. Keeping these flights out of the public focus can
mean only one thing - they are bringing everything needed for
ground invasion of Yugoslavia.
But the fact that preparations are under way for such a long
period of time, could undermine the igniting effect of yet
another "massacre".
And to conclude, if all other data is missing, watch for
Amanpour trail - she is literally the "source" of news. Her
timely appearance on each and every occasion where a biased and
hysteric media coverage is needed to justify extreme measures
against a side that Amanpour (a long time proponent of biased
journalism) labels as "bad guys", is probably the most
significant indication of future actions.
We will keep You posted with new details on this topic as they
become available.

Dear Friends,
We are writing You this letter because media blockade that western
governments applied on our country will prevent You from knowing about
the terrible massacre that yesterday took place on Kosovo and
Metohija. NATO found new way in "preventing" the humanitarian
catastrophe caused by their bombs, on 14.05.1999 NATO airplanes for
the second time bombed the Albanian refugee convoy which was moving
from the Macedonian border back to inner Kosovo. People who were going
back to their homes were brutally bombed with cluster bombs. More than
100 people were killed in this incident, bodies burned beyond
recognition were scattered around village of Korisa where this crime
took place. Eyewitnesses said to television that they were just
beginning to sort their life to normal and were happy to return to
their houses when hell from sky fall upon their heads.
In relation with this tragic story we would like to inform You about a
rather disturbing e-mail from Croatia. A women from Croatia
eye-witnessed that for the last few days NATO pilots are practicing on
Croatia,s "Galeb" and "Jastreb" airplanes. These are the jets that
stayed in military arsenal of Croatia after braking of former
Yugoslavia. Federal Republic of Yugoslavia has jets of same type in
their arsenal. The aim of this operation is bombing of refugee camps
in Albania and Macedonia. NATO's idea is to paint the planes in FRY
Air Force colors and insignia, bomb the refugee camps and blame the
Serbian side for that. The purpose of this plan is to get a REALLY
good reason for the ground troops operation and to get public opinion
in favor of such operation. Several facts confirm this information: 1.
For days NATO has intensified the relocation of refugees from the

of NATO airplanes into Albania and Skopje is not covered by TV reports

planes could be available. It is well known that several collectors

Some of the African countries had these planes in their arsenal
because they were very reliable and relatively cheap types of plane.
This kind of scenario was already seen in Bosnia. In august 1995
somebody shelled biggest market place in Sarajevo called Markale.
There were more than 70 Muslim civilians dead. CNN led by Christian
Amanpour and other western media immediately accused Serbian side for
this massacre. Not for a long time after this NATO bombed Bosnian
Serbs. A year after that when the war in Bosnia was over Muslim
government in Sarajevo admitted that they were responsible for this
crime and that they did it in alliance with western media. They killed
their own people in order to give NATO justification for action
against Bosnian Serbs.
We would like to apologize You for any inconvenience this e-mail might

step in order to help our people and our country who were satanized by

Elite Troops Put On Stand-By For Kosovo
The Government has ordered some of Britain's elite fighting troops to prepare
to go into Kosovo as Nato suggested the latest civilian casualties in the
province could have been victims of a Serb "human shield" operation.
Armed Forces Minister Doug Henderson told the daily Ministry of Defence press
briefing that an extra 2,300 infantry, gunners and engineers were being put
on stand-by to reinforce the troops already in the Balkans.
They include 679 soldiers from the Parachute Regiment based at Aldershot and
another 680 troops from the Royal Gurkhas.
Mr Henderson said: "Can I make it clear that no decision has yet been made to
deploy these forces. It is prudent planning for the successful end of the air
campaign."
He also announced RAF Tornados operating from RAF Bruggen in Germany were
being "forward deployed" to a new base on the island of Corsica to put them
within easier reach of their targets.
The announcement came as Nato has admitted that it attacked the Kosovo
village of Korisa where the Serbs claim at least 79 ethnic Albanian refugees
died.
But alliance spokesman Jamie Shea insisted they had hit a legitimate military
target and hinted the ethnic Albanians could have been ordered into a troop
area by the Serbs.
"We have conducted an extremely extensive review of this incident," Mr Shea
said.
"We know very well this was a legitimate military target, the pilot also
observed dug-in military positions at the target before executing the attack."
Mr Shea also said there were reports of soldiers being among the casualties
and warned commentators to be "cautious" when dealing with Serb claims about
the casualties.
