3. they don't give a shit
4. they can legally prove that they haven't
5. they can legally prevent you from proving it
6. they made the 'mistake' intentionally
These people are almost completely unaccountable and unassailable
The only possible way to deal with them is to move and integrate
information faster and in greater volume than they can.
There is nothing new in the above definitions of human self interest,
which shows today that this Roman Empire still has the vulnerability
of complacency, and lead in its pipes.
