On August 11, 1999, the last solar eclipse of this century occurs,
and a growing movement of groups and individuals will be
participating in a World Meditation Day during the eclipse, and
during the events of the week that follows. World Meditation Day is
for engendering world peace and harmony in our conflicted human
society. Some of the factors underlying World Meditation Day are
now emerging. Here we share parts of this breaking story.
Informed researchers have suggested to us that the Cassini
spaceprobe, scheduled to flyby Earth orbit on August 18, 1999
may in fact be a strategic deception operation, PsyOps in military
parlance. Here we explore this possibility to flush out any shred of
truth in it.
In traditional hermeneutics, events are interpreted to fit the patterns
of pre-cognitive prophecies. In PsyOps, or strategic deception, the
patterns of prophecies are used to create future events. The same
masonic understandings that hermeneutics uses to interpret
prophecy are used by PsyOps to create �prophetic� events which
use human religious and cultural archetypes to impose fear and
control.
So let�s explore [without attempting to prove] the hypothesis that
the �Cassini� probe, designed to flyby Earth on August 18, 1999,
may actually be intentional PsyOps (Strategic deception
operation), masquerading both as a civilian spaceprobe. In
PsyOps mode, the Cassini spacecraft becomes a nuclear weapon
carrying 72 pounds of plutonium, and designed plausibly to fit
various prophetic archetypes of traditional prophecy such as
Nostradamus, Garabandal, Fatima, and the Aztec End-cycle
prophecies.
The seer Nostradamus [Michel de Notredame, 1503-1566] tells us
in his quatrains:

Resusciter le grand Roy d'Angolmois.
Avant apres Mars regner par bon heur.
English:
The year 1999, seventh month, [August, under modern calendar]
>From the sky will come a great King of Terror.
To bring back to life the great King of the Mongols,
Before and after Mars to reign by good luck.
The research issue is not whether Cassini is the King of Terror
coming from the sky in August 1999, as predicted by
Nostradamus. The PsyOps issue is whether Nostradamus
quatrains were used to design a strategic deception operation,
whose strategic cover would be those very quatrains.
In other words, from its very inception, the Cassini mission may
have been designed as PsyOps around the specifications of the
Nostradamus quatrains, and other prophetic and celestial events.
Its purpose? If Cassini is a plutonium bomb, its purpose could be
to weaken or decimate human civilization, terminate or injure a
large portion of the population, and impose the �New World Order�
� a global mind-control totalitarian regime run by elites and others.
This operation, if true, is our first �global coup.� Suggestively,
although more advanced solar panels were available for the Cassini
mission, the US military overrode this option, insisting on the more
dangerous and obsolete plutonium device.
But Cassini could be just a legitimate space probe, yet launched
as PsyOps to flyby Earth around the fateful Solar eclipse. Its
purpose? Masonic control, and feeding on the fear generated in
mankind. It might be thought that timing the Cassini mission
around the celestial configurations of the Grand Cross and Solar
Eclipse of August 11, 1999, a cosmic slingshot effect to the
PsyOps destruction. So much more to facilitate the goal of a New
World Order (�NWO�), by generating fear in humanity at a very
potent juncture.
An historical precedent for a PsyOps operation of this scale lies in
the devastation of the Aztec civilization by Cortez. It differs in
detail, but has essential similarities. By Aztec prophecy, Cortez
arrived in 1519 with 100 or so soldiers at Veracruz in the very year
and day the Aztecs prophesized Quetzalcoatl � the God-Man
Plumed Serpent - would return. By PsyOps use of the
Quetzalcoatl symbolism, Cortez small group was able to vanquish
a vast empire in a short time. Similarly, the masquerade of Cassini
as Nostradamus� �King of Terror� , and an emblem of God�s wrath
and man�s sin(tra) in the Garabandal and Fatima prophecies give
this PsyOps masonic power far beyond that of a conventional
space accident.
The �threat from outer space� has been a consistent theme of
NWO leaders to justify a world order. Ronald Reagan, and NWO
stalwart, even delivered a speech at the United Nations to this
effect. The common reference to this outer space threat is
extraterrestrials. Yet wouldn�t a Cassini plutonium disaster fit the
bill?
We have not as yet reached a conclusion as to the truth of the
hypothesis, but there is an unusual mounting of events suggesting
some momentous, globally coordinated NWO events are
underway.
NWO researchers tell us that the secret masonic networks that
control the NWO agenda are making special preparations for the
August 11 (Solar Eclipse) and August 13 (Aztec Calendar End-
date) Our working assumption is not that the NWO is masonically
ignorant or na�ve; rather that NWO is secretly a masonic network,
acting on the dark side of the universal life force.
Likewise, the space arm of the NWO, NASA, is capable of
strategic deception, albeit behind a high-tech wall of plausible
deniability.
Researchers David Icke and Arizona Wilder tell us that NWO
PsyOps always carry a tell-tale �signature�, generally around a
Satanic theme. Well, NASA appears to have been compliant in
the requisite signature. The official NASA spokesperson charged
with providing daily briefings on the Cassini probe to newsgroups is
none other than Ron Baalke [EMAIL PROTECTED] Baal
(key), according to researchers, is a central God of blood-sacrifice
in the masonic-Satanic network that reportedly runs the NWO. It�s
not that NASA�s Baal(key) need be personally aware of his larger
role; but that somehow using covert, masonic technology, the
requisite Satanic signature is in place at NASA. Check out
newsgroups like sci.astro and sci.space.news daily and test your
own perceptions.
We extend this exploration with agenda �leaks� from Bilderberger
meeting, strategically set for June 2-7, 1999.
The Bilderbergers, arguably one of the more important elite
infrastructures of the Mind Control-PsyOps-Masonic empire is
gathering June 2-7 in Sintra (sic), Portugal. Oddly, for the first time
in memory, a copy of its "overt" agenda has been "leaked," a sort
of NWO wish list. The globalization and management of the
PsyOps known as "war" is probably one sub-text to the agenda.
The other sub-text may be preparation for the events of August 11-
18,1999, which will be addressed in later posts.
Of special interest is the Bilderberger guest list, also made public
(links below). Computer types like Bill Gates figure prominently.
Attendees also include the Pope and William Clinton.
Researchers say these meeting are where group signals are given
out, and have identified the current Pope as an NWO operative.
Because the Pope's future PsyOps portfolio reportedly may include
possible God-interpretation (Prophecies of Fatima) of any Cassini
or other catastrophe, in the guise of �God�s wrath�, his attendance
at this meeting is a special coup. Control of our collective human
minds sufficient to cement a New World Order out of chaos is the
goal.
Traditionally, researchers investigate whether suspicious events
(Littleton, Waco, JFK assassination) were PsyOps, after the fact.
This is a proactive exercise to see if possible PsyOps can be
discerned, and mitigated, in advance. There are, clearly, a number
of disparate �threads� of events and information converging at a
designated/synchronistic time. Our purpose here is not to spread
fear or trade in rumors, but rather to present and monitor the facts
that are emerging. The truth IS out there! Our hope is that PsyOps
cannot access the spiritual meanings of prophecy.
Rick Riedel, a respected researcher on the solar eclipse of August
11, 1999, wrote us these words about the Cassini spacecraft.
�The Cassini flyby was brought to my attention by an alert reader a
couple of months ago. I was not aware of it when I wrote the article.
I think I tend to take a higher, more abstract view of astrology and
its workings, although mine is just another�. The quatrains of
Nostradamus are always obscure. They make perfect sense in
retrospect, but it's pretty hit-and-miss for the future. This is a free-
will zone, after all, and the decisions people make does affect both
the present and the future.
�I never make predictions so I will not venture an opinion as to what
will happen with Cassini. I will tell you that this incident is just one
of many stresses that will be going on at that time, and I think that
it will not be the major concern then, either. I think the major stress
will come from the political arena and that humanity will survive
after a struggle that almost gets away from us. This opinion is
based on a personal incident I had on Bill Clinton's inauguration
day, and I am trusting my spirit guides on this one. Antero does
not mention Pluto in his article, and this is the one planet that
offers the most promise during the Grand Cross configuration. It is
the one planet that stands off from the cross, and it is standing still
exactly at this time. The fact that we are concerned about
"Plutonium" here is more than coincidental. I personally have no
trust in NASA at all. They are controlled completely by the military
and, in my opinion, are merely an arm of the New World Order. I
would not be surprised to learn that the Cassini thing had, as its
sole intent, the infusion of massive amounts of radiation onto the
world's population. It may come to pass that the flight path of
Cassini may become some kind of "bargaining chip" for certain
concessions. It may be just the thing that the administration needs
to invoke FEMA and declare martial law.
�All I know is that, from dealing with people, just 3 planets in this
cross pattern in fixed signs begets the kind of life where the
"native" in question develops an incurable disease, suffers mightily,
but, in the end, dies at peace with himself and his Creator. With 12
planets, plus the Moon's nodes, plus the first eclipse in a new
Saros cycle in August, this is a high-stress configuration we're
talking about here, and, to use an old clich�: "When the going gets
tough, the tough get going". This is the kind of thing that prompts a
hysterical mother to single-handedly lift an automobile off of her
child trapped underneath. Super stress; super strength. I know it
sounds trite, but this time will be a trial for everyone in one way or
another. When I wrote my article about the Grand Cross, I was
hoping that people would realize that powerful forces are on the
loose, and a World Meditation Day would be a very, very good thing
to do. I firmly believe that, even with NASA at the controls, aiming
that radioactive capsule directly at Earth, that the combined
meditation and prayers of focused groups of concerned people
would deter it.�
Many groups are joining in a World Meditation Day on August 11,
the day of the Solar eclipse, and in meditations throughout the
week of August 11-18, 1999. The end-cycle of the Aztec calendar
on August 13, 1999, is one such event. One World Meditation Day
organizer asks, �And ask yourself. What harm could it do to
connect with the energy of love for three days or even a few
minutes at the time of the solar eclipse. One thing's for sure, you
won't have the chance to go back and do it afterwards when you
realize that all this, bizarre as it may seem to you now, is actually
the way the world is controlled and the human race maintained in
its mental and emotional prison.�
