Half a bowtie is not elegant. In studying for implementation of Free Issuance, you have to keep in mind that you can print money and go nowhere with it. Hitler's 1500 armored divisions sent to invade Russia did donuts, until they were picked off one by one. In American "Donuts" means somebody orders so many donuts that they cannot be consumed by the people in the office, so they go to waste. The authorized motivation, money, that motivated the production and delivery of all those extra donuts went to waste. The production of bowties is what gives your money value. That is what makes the ability to think objectively to be of the highest value. As long as your issuances do not become donuts, your money will not lose value. If you do too-many-enough! donuts, the people change the government. All the expenditures you will authorize should be carefully strategized and calculated. One can imagine the new work created for economists in figuring out formulas for how to create bowties, not donuts - how many bowties, what kind of bowties! There is a need for placefinders for people, societal guides; sociologists and educators. In counseling education paths, someone must have the capacity to genuinely direct people to become all they can be, but not go toward unrealistic and goals that are incorrect for them essentially. FREE ISSUANCE will help curb population growth by displacing the fear that a family needs sons to support itself in future old age. Increased population growth due to anxiety about food supply - a classic Chinese puzzle. I guess the bright side is that one day, most everyone will be part Chinese. CHINA'S PRECIPITOUS ROLE IN CAUSING THE RECESSION IN ASIA China is also guilty of pulling the plug on the marvelous economic growth that was happening in Asia before it "took back" Hong Kong. It went something like this: fools with money who stayed in Hong Kong after the reversion were unintelligently overimpressed with the "prospects" to be obtained by rejoining the mainland. "Oh! We are going to join with BIG CHINA!" they thought that was good. They invested into the Hong Kong stock exchange, but since value was being lost (value is lost when freedom is lost) the stock market fell. So these fools with money were forced to call in their loans from South Korea, Thailand, Malasia and Indonesia. The callbacks were big enough to be catastrophic, pulling those economies down. One thing led to another. While mainland China did benefit initially by mixing with the higher matters from Hong Kong, it is now losing big because other economies lack the money to buy from it. BRAZIL and MEXICO Distribution of wealth should gradually be equalized. If any person has more or less than they need, it may hurt all the people. ISRAEL Israel could really benefit by issuing major funding to long smoldering technology ventures of its brilliant scientists and hard working entrepreneurs. Israel has long been a recipient of American aid, and a recruit source for THEIMF. Now it can stand improving itself to the point where its money has power. To end inflation it must either give back land that it took and improve its own cities with high rises vertically, or it can offer to pay reasonable compensation to the people that lost their land to land-grabbing settlers. The issuance of such compensation would actually boost the Israeli economy. Israel could also build cities for Palistinians like they need and so improve the quality of life in their country. UNITED KINGDOM For currency speculators, buying Pounds might be a good investment at this time. One of the principles of free issuance is that no matter how much money a nation issues, each unit of money will only take a real value relative to the amount of money divided by the sum total of virtues of the issuer. And some of these virtues will be imaginary, and can be popped like soap bubbles. That is why the one county that would not do alot of free issuance is Great Britain, because they don't really want to shift the ownership from rich to poor. THE PRICE OF HOUSES IN THE USA (revealing this may have unexpected consequences) Unless many immigrants are allowed to enter the USA, I predict that the price of houses in the United States will fall precipitously, by September may be only half what they are today on some houses in some places. This is due to primarily to rich foreigners returning to their homelands, which they will do thanks to improving conditions. Conditions are improving due to those nations coming out from under IMF suppression and actually issuing proper amounts of authorized motivation - MONEY issued by legislatures empowered to use money to motivate positive tasks. Rich foreigners will dump huge houses on the markets, dragging down the price of all USA houses. In reality, the opening up of long dormant opportunities in foreign lands will not only slow immigration to the US, it will start emigrations from the US. The prime factor would be desire to return home. The secondary factor would be United States laws, both civil and criminal, threatening empire and freedom of the foreign born soon to be repatriots to their original homelands. The problem is that American lawyers made laws to benefit American lawyers. The practical question is: What size of house is being dumped on the market for what reason? Which groups are actually leaving? The answer can be found by directly observing the up activities of any foreign stock exchanges. Greece is soaring, therefore, big Greek families will leave, but which ones, from where, and why would anyone want to move into their neighborhoods? People who are determined to get out will leave and dump their houses. Suppose Iran begins to issue money to its full ability to employ people, therefore, are Persian families now dumping their homes on the USA market? And what size house are they dumping? How will that effect the price of smaller homes - won't small homeowners try to move up into the newly vacated large homes? In what neighborhoods? Did the fact that I brought this out keep Persians here from going home, so the price of housing in Persian neighborhoods not fall thru the floor? Thus, I am not expecting the bottom will fall out of the USA housing market, rather, the top will fall out, in some neighborhoods and cities. I foresee many great big houses becoming available in large numbers, with a stabilization in price a real 5% to 50% lower in general. Notice I did not say that Condos or Hotels would be effected by this. I think they have their own markets and will appear to come out ahead. House investors, if you have a house in an affected area, I suggest selling your houses before June '99, because by July, prices will be falling faster and farther than you expect, and by September reach an unexpected low. Cash supplies will be up, and rent collection at apartments may be easier than ever. And if you have big payments due on your apartment houses, the problem may be keeping them filled with good tenants if the best tenants keep getting tempted into buying their own houses. Another factor may be increasing welfare to the poor, which would guarantee rents to apartment complex owners, but also require greater supervision of less qualified tenants. There is now more reasonable backing for governments to see to it that everyone has a place to live, because poverty in one segment of a national population brings down the virtues of the issuer, thus, it brings down the value of the whole currency. THE PRICE OF GASOLINE AND RECYCLED RAW MATERIALS So why is the big red, white and blue truck going downhill? Price of gasoline in USA could double before October '99. Foreign countries are issuing more of their own currencies than ever before and that is keeping their raw materials at home. Because of there being more money in other countries, imports of cheap gasoline to the USA will plummet. This will cause stocks of tanker transport companies and other businesses connected with gasoline import to fall. It will cause the price of domestic oil producers to rise. Doubling of gas price will cause less driving. Less driving means less sales of auto parts. Fewer Korean imports of auto parts means higher auto part prices. Recycling of raw materials will become profitable in the USA. Exports of lumber to foreign countries as well as a downturn in imports (reflected as balance of trade) will give ample motivation toward greater collection of materials previously thrown away as trash. Shrinking amount of imports will cause prices of recycled materials to go up dramatically. Recycliing becomes the order of the business day. What the USA, as well as the rest of the world is really missing, is a universal material code to be applied to all items that directs their destination for purposes of recycling. Application of a final-destination-for-recycling code on each manufactured component would drop the prices of all things buyable. CONSUMER GOODS Consumer goods are beginning their vanishing act from store shelves, and they are not coming back. This is due to the increasing amount of currency being issued by foreign governments. In China, soon, the average Chinese wage will be high enough for them to buy what they produce themselves. I predict that within seven months time, most of the Asian economies will have largely issued themselves out of recession. USA dollar is already buying 15% less due to increases in money supply in other countries. That is not to say that money supply - in a pure numbers sense - is not also increasing around here. But the days of every other country sending their goods here chasing the high and mighty dollar are over. QUALITY GOODS Cheap imported mass produced goods are disappearing, so the procurment of domestically-made quality goods will increase gradually. This means big layoffs in the retail sector. A golfer will pay a higher price to get one good set of clubs instead of four relatively good sets of bargain clubs. So there won't be as many customers buying new everything all the time. Food qualities for domestic consumption will continue to climb. Therefore, organic produce will continue to wax. I would expect to see greater acreage devoted to organic farming and bigger organizations dedicated to the distribution of organic foods. Packaging machinery for organic foods will also become a hot stocks. Now the American industrial company can take the opportunity to profit in respect of the new strengthening currencies in all countries that strive for virtue in government and toward equalization of wealth among all the people, and granting them opportunities for health, wealth and happiness. American companies can benefit greatly by distributing their products in foreign countries by jobbing out production to local companies there. Setting up production factories in company name over there in new free issuance countries would be like stepping into a boiling cauldron. Local labor will demand a tenfold increase in wages to get their part of their filling economies. American companies will shine if they job out locally all production possible, and maybe open just a few little dealer showrooms in the new free issuance nations. The USA will continue to have 3% inflation, growing to 5% until it gets rid of the idea that it needs to spy. Both the dollar and the USA itself are in danger of shrinking due to the deep seated, WIDESPREAD and nefarious treason of the Justice Branch. You want to see it shrink before your eyes? The USA Justice Branch is completely in violation of Article One Section 8 Clause 9 which states, "No title of nobility shall be granted by the United States..." So tell me, you lawyers, who says we shall call them "Sir Officer" or you "Lord Judge?" The Clinton administration has added 93,000 more police, temporary officers who have no constitutional position, and has not bothered to train them even in the Bill of Rights. So the officers, untrained in constitutional rights, led by self-serving lunatics (they have "very good reasons" for not getting a warrant, and at the same time leading other cops into rights violations), are rolling back the rights of citizens in every city in the land, and on every highway in the country. Famous defense attorney Jerry Spence writes that he knows of no college course you can take in "truth". Indeed, to find truth, you need to find an esoteric school and a Master to free you from illusions. My opinion is they need to bring in lots of guest workers (like Phillipinos, who cannot speak Japanese, to ensure privacy) and equip them well to recycle or burn for cogeneration everything in the landfills. Japanese cannot stand the presence let alone the smell or the toxic scares of landfills or understand why precious land should be so used. And there is a lot of junk left over from before WWII. The production of a junkyard or wasteland creates a justifyable reason to hold the issuer in contempt. For the Russian government take the loan and put it away where no one can use it, in a Swiss Bank, is to bury the potential for it to motivate work. Now, I am telling you to forget the loans, become a good government and have your elected legislature create intentional bills of issuance to motivate people to work and build and learn and heal. Authorized motivation is money, and the valorous among you will come to issue national currency units and distribute them to the people according to their ability to use it in a way that is most beneficial and least harmful. Persons taking credit for work while not having done anything shall be removed from sight of the workers and given nothing. 4/ The purpose of legislative activity is to intentionally issue authorized motivation for positive objective aims. If not, what can be done to help them become that way? Every person should have the opportunity for all beneficial education, free of charge, paid for out of issuance, for the benefit of the whole nation. Streets will be paved and snow removed - money will be issued for these tasks. I think what Russia really most needs right now is a big network of hospitals to heal itself after all that radiation. 9/ The state shall foster houses for musicians, artist and inventors. Unethical imbalanced issuances are guarded against always. 12/ taxes are authorized and directed on a community level by the taxpayers, who pay voluntarily and assign the collection to things they deem wonderful ANTI-NEGATION Build confidence in national money by making it a clean one - no lying, no scams, no dirty scandals of self interest. An aim of the Free Issuance Party is initally to remove all those who are negatively affecting the value of government, because they bring down the value of national money. There are several groups in question. These include: 1/ Those who seek their comfort first, or the comfort of their cronies, and have little clubs of self interest. They will call some person negative (that is devaluating); as opposed to calling some real problem negative, which would be positive. 2/ Lemon Squeezers, they grab all they can (all the land, companies, houses) and squeeze it like a lemon, souring the whole world. To the extent that negative parasites can be eliminated, loss of monetary unit value can be controlled. Too many of those who are in power today have adversely affected the value of the national currency by their faithlessness. In exercise of your new power to freely issue currency, something intelligent will have to be done about the negators in the Russian legislature. 1/ You could create an anti-legislature which has power to turn off up to 50% of the money created by the proactive legislature, which issues money. By turning off money, they make it so that people with less hold a greater percentage of the whole. If there was a good anti-legislature in the USA, they would probably take away a lot of Bill Gates' money, which he got by using the law to cheat the truth, and which he uses to take up lots of space and be a mechanical influence. It surprises me to hear Microsoft is suing other companies for copyright infringement, because its so unfair. 2/ The other way is that the negator legislators and the entrenched members of the parasitic elite will have to be bought out, money in exchange for leaving the government and no longer applying to do jobs. of "public service". "We are sorry, you took this and this and this, and as such have made the government look bad in the eyes of the people, and therefore made the Rouble worth less. You must go. Accept the buyout". And the buyout cannot be so big that they will get too much power and land, which, them being what they are, would only ruin. RELIANCE The problem created by a national government breaking its promises it made to provide authorized motivation (money) is the loss of prestige. LOSS OF PRESTIGE MEANS LOSS OF EXCHANGE VALUE. You witnessed the closure of Banks in your country that resulted from the default on loans dues in August 1998. In addition, it is reported throughout the world that many legitimately hardworking responsible professionals in your country have even waited years for their paychecks. Be advised, these persons are angry with the government, and the fact that your people are angry with the government brings down the value of Roubles because it reduces the perceived virtues of the issuer. Not paying ones bills is antivirtuous. All you have to do is issue good money! So I say, BELIEVE IN YOUR OWN AUTHORITY! believe in yourselves, believe in your own money! You have value, it has value. Issue what is owed and pay those who have been promised ALL that they are owed. If you do this, it will mightily stimulate the Russian economy, and as things will get better for individuals, they get better for all. The presence of Russian Rubles in the hands of foreigners stimulates the purchase of Russian goods from abroad. This means more jobs for the Russian people. Issue the money, and pay the debts and the lenders and the banks and professionals what they have due, what they have been promised and that will raise the value of the Ruble at home and abroad. Any "manager" who stands in the way of Free Issuance and says "Do not do this! We must save money!", is no friend of the people. The people he is friends of are the richest of the rich, who want your poor people to pay tax tributes to them for the sake of bankrupt theories. If I was Yeltsin, I would fire him. (If I was Hitler, I would shoot him.) Tell Mr. Yeltsin I said to stop tiptoeing about this. WHY NOT A POLICE STATE? To a person thinking of using Free Issuance in a Police State application, he will hear the idea of promoting excellence as "making some ethnic national citizen seem great". That is completely erroneous. The valorous among you will issue money especially the poor who need it most, money which will be used to motivate production of food, education, and all other worthy products and worthwhile endeavors. Anything less is not worth it, and will not work very suitably. Once again, I caution against use of this knowledge to form any kind of Police State.
