Using group hate, wicked glamor and a crazy belief in his own authority, he used printed money and motivated the production of 1500 armored divisions and millions of men to invade Russia. Hitler did not get an IMF loan to fund his activities. The dictator called the in the head of the national bank, and ordered him to issue more money. The conventionally trained economist explained why it was not possible to issue more money. The dictator laughed, and said they no longer had need of his services. Hitler was quick to smash anyone who disputed the authority of his printed money. I don't dispute his authority, I dispute his ideals. Hitler used money to motivate the destruction of Europe. Why use good money to do bad things? Good national governments will issue money to their citizens,to provide for free medicine, free education, free job training, anything to make life better or longer. The role of Congress, as I see it, is to intentionally issue money to motivate desired work to go forward. I think the money issued by a representative legislature can obtain a greater value than that issued by a single ruler or leader. In reality, money that is issued by governments only needs to backed up by the belief of the people that government will be in business tomorrow. The value of the authorized motivation that they print will be proportional to the real and perceived virtues of the issuer. For a people to advance, education should be absolutely free, and students should not be made slaves to debt. Excellence must be fostered and promoted in order that labor will be saved and everyone will have what they really need. Capitalism dictates excellence would be paid more, but to some creative people, they will take their reward money and go live free and not do another thing to help society. Every rightful enterprise and good work of art should be supported by the authorized motivation of the state, or donated by a voluntary council of concerned taxpayers. Every virtue of civil decency will increase the world value of the money issuance of a state or nation. Naturally, excellence is required because you cannot buy what is not for sale. Free issuance will lengthen your life by free medicine, and improve it by free education. There are of course, certain guidelines to make free issuance work. Everyone must be issued at least some money or it's not their country. Money should not be allowed to foster idleness, but every person will be motivated, by themselves or by helpers, to serve in the way that nature intended for their own essence. Therefore, those who obtain excessive amounts of money, and use it abusively, to damage people, the earth, animals or other, should have their money taken away. Printed money is valued according to the faith people have in the stability of government, the intrinsic beauty and material of the note, and the government's ability to keep good accounts of serial numbers. Anyone can issue from what they are. You can issue gift certificates from your store; companies can issue stock, communities can exchange hours, and nations and states can issue currency to motivate people for the good of the whole. In times of war, traditionally, government has grown valorous in issuance of currency, to motivate creation of bullets and bombs, weapons of war to defend itself. Hitler issued trillions, an industrialists who removed their money from the country before it was embargoed became international billionaires. Nobody should be brainwashed. The police state is the counterfeit of the Free Issuance state. Hitler destroyed all paradigms. A totalitarian regime is inevitably consumed in the fire it built for its own vanity. When the Nazis looted artworks, they were taking them to Germany to get destroyed. THE CLEVER SUPPRESSION OF AUTHORIZED MOTIVATION Today, the IMF stands in the way and prevents the rightful issuance of money by national countries while at the same time demanding national citizens pay taxes to the shareholders of the Federal Reserve - forcing the ignorant to pay tribute! The suppression of authorized motivation (money, stock shares, or other) by these greedy liars is the main cause of world poverty. That is why the MONOPOLY game (c. Parker Bros.) is more fun than real life. In MONOPOLY, everytime you pass go you collect $200. Presently, that is only true for for friends of the IMF. THEIMF has brought a stable economy to only 1/6 of the world, by creating a banking system that is based on greed and death. There is no money for 5/6 of the people who starve or are malnourished, are illiterate or undereducated. And this is just so the IMF and their hidden corporations can get their fat cut of what little money there is. Its like this: if you have most of the money, you can buy most of the property and most of the businesses. That's how things have been controlled. Stability under greed at the price of liberty taken from the free. When they came to Ann Arbor to find who was spilling the beans, they came as a legion of spies. Estimating 385,000 man hours, they must have spent $53.93 Million USD trying to find this free issuance ideator. They had people in the post office who would steal "suspect" mail like a magician with a third hand. THEIMF still has high level people in every big communications organization - TV, newspapers, - to intercept and interrupt any story remotely like this - even today, one of the engineers at the local NPR radio station WUOM is an IMF operative. CBS NEWS has the problem of having one IMF guy in monitor position ready to argue against an anti IMF story, and lots of stock ownership to back that up. They are trained to sound really reasonable, "Lets step back and have a look at that," they will say. Their existence as a popular co-worker will be the biggest obstacle for most communications people, and you can tell who the IMF guy is because he will fight any mention of certain things, mentioned herein. And that may be one of the ways you can test them to see who they are - wave this document, and if they charge at it the way that a bull charges at a red flag, you can say conclusively that there "journalist" is an IMF plant. By "Charges" I mean "opposes", because they are trained how to sound really reasonable. For example, Larry Kramer, [EMAIL PROTECTED], of CBS network, is one of those people always able to manipulate the professional group of noninitiates, and has served the IMF loyally for "his love". The top guy, he can easily stop this news from coming out at CBS network. Pentagon spokesman Ken Bacon is another member of the IMF secret society. The IMF agents have positioned themselves strongly at the gates of information. That is how they can be spotted - see who is guarding the gate, the members of the dragon society will be there. AND WHAT IS THE RELATION BETWEEN BILL GATES, AND THE GATEKEEPERS? Steve Ballmer of Microsoft is a Red Ink Gang member who is obtaining jobs for his pals as they are cast out of FBI, CIA, Whitehouse, Capital Hill, some media, and they will be helping Microsoft gain access to your personal records, in order to tax you better, or control you in some other way ["that the law allows"]. I hope you will see thru the pleasant machinations, theimf on your staff is a treasonous spy, and you would be unwise to tolerate having them in your organization any longer. Their only purpose now is to keep the truth from getting out. They said they were staying late and don't worry they would turn out the lights. And as their ulterior agenda was to keep the taxes flowing to the rich, turn out the lights they did. The Federal Reserve is private corporation, not set up for service of people, but as a cunning means to control governments and monopolize all the money in the world. THEIMF has governed the governments by remaining invisible. Who is the top man, really? It is a humble servant of the shareholders of the Federal Reserve. My theory at present is that it is a person of strange gender, an NBC news correspondent in the finance arena, who appears as a woman in her TV reports, but is actually a gay man, and that is how she appears in her work commanding the inner circle of theimf. Thus, all the information gates at NBC are held by theimfs, and the top people at NBC news are her puppets too. THE REAL CAUSES OF INFLATION Does your government invade other countries and try to impose its values on them? If so, your foreign trading partners will feel the heat of protest, and upon your invader nation, there will be inflation. The real cause of inflation is when the people of other countries see your ugly national interdictions into the affairs of neighboring countries. The US dollar lost 2/3 of its value due to the 12.5% inflation that occurred while it was interfering in Vietnam. Israel has 12.5% inflation due to invasion of Gaza. Russia had 13.5% inflation while it was in Afganistan and Chechnya. Turkey has 13% inflation while it is in Northern Cypress. After rejecting this information, Turkey seems poised to become much more aggressive. Then, there is the 30,000% inflation reserved for the regimes of criminal dictators, that full aggressor nations obtain. When Iraq rolled in Kuwait, when Yugoslavia began its oppression of former territories, when Nazi Germany rolled into Poland - all obtained 30,000% inflation due to the embargoes of the rest of the world. In WWII, Japan sent out Zeros to bomb China. What Japan got back was a lot of zeros - on their Yen notes. Additionally, a country that actively infiltrates and spies on others obtains a 3% inflation. This is the present rate of inflation in the United States. THE TREASON OF THE PARASITIC ELITE I think that the IMF agents, in their agenda to establish an illegal monopoly control of value transfer, have killed or imprisoned large numbers of US Citizens. I think that the IMF had KGB operatives kill John F. Kennedy when it was learned that he would print constitutional currency, not backed up by taxes. Would you have faith in the value of the issuance of a bond by a government that provided aims and goals and help and services such as John F. Kennedy was getting to? Sure. You bet. Transaction fees for value transfer should mbe at most a few cents, but the IMF charges the Prime Rate. They have maintained the prime rate by doing whatever it takes to silence their opponents. Unfortunately for Kennedy, in addition to ambitious and ambivalent Vice-President Lyndon Baines Johnson wanting him dead, the Secret Service was controlled by the Treasury, which has been controlled by the IMF. Did Kennedy see them and wonder why they were there? Did he know they were to maintain the dominant paradigm, the dragon's treasured income tax franchise? And what was the relation of the Kennedy's to THE UNSEEN MODEL? Did "she" orchestrate the coverup of the assasination? How did they penetrate the President's circle? Under their cloaks of established authority, they moved in quietly like spies. Enough data collection to give the strategizers information to plan the event. It is easy to visualize the hostile greed presence in the background, in the weeks leading up to the Dallas parade, setting about in order to strangle the Kennedy Free Issuance initiative in its infancy. For these clever conspirators, whenever they wanted to stop someone, they could cunningly used their Federal Government "authorizations" to swindle local cops and judges into helping them violate the laws and the constitution. And what was the role the FBI played in covering up the Kennedy assassination? (see part 5). The smoke-and-mirrors USA Congressional Budget Office was formed to obfuscate and confute, and until recently 35% of its staffers being IMF Operatives. Will it come out in time that the people who created the CBO also planned the Kennedy assasination? ENDING GREED-AND-DEATH ECONOMICS Today, national citizens of USA pay 33% in taxes and at least 4.5% to use their own money. Based on the papers you sign to work in your national country, THEIMF may presume the right to tap your phone, read your email, and kick in your door in the middle of the night. FREE ISSUANCE is the name of the party that can win election in every democratic state. The supercession of greed-and-death capitalism by free issuance policies, rightly applied, will mean more money for everyone, with no instability. The Dragon is knocked from the sky, and the pyramid is yours, if you issue with valor, virtue and value. By then it was too late - the massively supported dominant paradigm had been thoroughly subverted. Above all, the Clinton Administration has seen thru Rockefeller's deception and elected to get reelected by making everyone's dreams come true. Bill Clinton is so smart he immediately stopped being the IMF's sucker boy; and as it was a far greater victory for the US than fmr.Pres.George Bush's victory over Saddam's criminal army, Clinton will be that much more popular. I did not set the IMF to spying. It is true that IMF agents used Yellow Cabs to kidnap free thinkers. Cheap cab rides for the poor - that was the sucker they gave to the sucker boy. Most people cannot yet conceive that a batallion of IMF spies came to Ann Arbor. For one thing you could not tell by looking at their appearance that they were IMF spies - one could only tell by looking at the field of their energies. They projected a zone of evil, the hostile greed presence. And if a person himself lives in greed, and is a treasonous user, they certainly could not see theimf. It isn't like a regular military operation. Well trained and drilled in spy practices, they have arranged many secret signals to give to each other. A group of them could be sitting on a bus and perfectly pretend not to know each other. They are smart and careful intentional planners who don't have a lot of accidents. They don't make lots of noise, nor leave bomb craters or the remains of burned out Tanks either. THEIMF is a supersecret well coordinated team that is determined to not fail. Failure means an end to the enterprise. So it goes. Finding me happened this way (1/31/99). Some professional Federal/IMF spies routinely went to the veggie potluck dinner held once a month at the GUILD HOUSE in Ann Arbor. They came in and found me sitting there. They knew at once who I was. However, by that time, the BOYCOTT YELLOW CAB document had been read by enough people, especially people in the capital, that they could do nothing. So I went and began to send lots of this stuff out via email. They could not find me from the beginning because I did not sign my email to Russia; nor did I ever put any email out about the dominant paradigm lest I be caught by an internet software spider. I left California after the fiasco of my false arrest, frame up, looting, and 5 month long false imprisonment, a self-amusing hate crime brought about thru the brutality and perjury of temporary officers. As hatemonger police tried to send me to prison on false charges, the towyard owner and his employees looted our company car and left me destitute. It says Justice is too important to be left up to the lawyers. After the looting, frame up, false imprisonment, libel and degradation of the false arrest, few of the material items I had worked for and obtained for personal self-maintenance remained, and to go back to what I was doing before made no sense, if they're just going to steal it anyway. After this gross act of oppression by the government, I decided I would no longer carry identification in my legal name. In fact, I decided they could keep my social security number and I would work no job requiring my name or social security number. And I would try to not give anyone my address, real name, or register a telephone in my real name. On the streets I went by another name. I did not register for a drivers license nor attempt to procure a car. No known address, no job, no night life - a real hard person for THEIMF to locate. I have been in the past two years an inventor, just trying to finish my product and keep my promises to stockholders, laboring under the burden of having had our most important equipment stolen by brutal lying hatemonger police. A jail hardened American who is nevertheless, no longer a citizen of the United States. Jail hardening was the temperance that saved me because it gave me patience. When the IMF came to town in September 1998, they did not know who was responsible for subverting the dominant paradigm. I had sent the first email anonymously, but when they began to come in huge numbers and plant cameras all over, I knew it would be hopeless to try and check the free email, [EMAIL PROTECTED], for responses. By ground mail, I asked my friend "Farleigh" in California to do that. I told him not to do it from home, they would have his house surrounded in 28 minutes. It was not until November that he was able to figure out where to check [EMAIL PROTECTED], password escape, from. It was a public library far away. He took the bus there. He checked the schedules carefully. When he opened the email, he found no responses. Nor could he print what was there. It had been neutered. As "Farleigh" boarded the bus 25 minutes after initiating contact, police appeared in the library parking lot and began to take down license plate numbers. Back in Ann Arbor, THEIMF set up their offices in the tower of the Student Union and the third floor of the Courthouse on Main Street, and began to look at anyone who could be responsible, numbering the people and collecting huge amounts of files, videotapes, audiotapes, photographs That is a daunting task in sub- radical Ann Arbor, which actually is well manned for that, having lots of IMF/FEDs willing to violate the laws to spy on people, lots of inplace cameras and bugs, and a big Federal building excellent for sorting mails they pilched and listening to tapes made illegally without judicial authorizations. And THEIMF they could get all the manpower they wanted, greedy people with short term agendas. But to give them credit, I have to say that everyone on their teams was well screened, intelligent, lively, and able to keep a secret. AN EARLY RECOLLECTION As this chase has come to its full disclosure ending, a recollection occured in my memory that in fact I had come into near contact with THEIMF early in elementary school, 5th grade. I was a student in Leonard elementary in Southfield Michigan, and being neither together nor hip nor greedy, not a candidate they would select. In fact, I had this terrible property of asking impossible questions of the teachers. And my hand always shot up first whenever they asked the class a question. That sure was not cool. Southfield was at that time (1968) almost half Jewish, upper middle class. A vivacious woman came for some purpose that was facilitated by the school board. A relatively cold friend, Kent Kokko, was left having some interesting life prospects. I perceived considerably more than what he told me, but did not understand the significance of it until just now. Kent was very cool, and of similar mind, like theimfs I saw. Mind is the ability to consider values. Souls are created by conscious labors and intentional sufferings. Theimfs are people with good minds, demonstrable by their high degree of discipline, but absolutely no soul. If kidnappings leading to murder were being committed, laws being violated, lives destroyed, it was a "As long as money keeps coming to me I won't ask any questions" condition. I suppose if one of theimfs ever spent two weeks in a spiritual community or hippy commune, it would only be used to serve them for background to be used in later infiltrations. THE SEARCH BEGINS As the initiated their search to stop free issuance, they had people in cars parked on key streets reading newspapers, with walkers and bike riders ready to engage in any reasonable pursuit. The first manager they sent, a young man, dramatic expressor, walked around with newspapers he had just bought, and videos he had rented, thinking he was invisible. He nearly stumbled over me, on Liberty Street, in November. They stayed in the local hotels and motels, hoping it would be over soon. As the first wave peaked I began to adjust my appearance to look like them. At first I put on a brown baseball cap, but it was too small, and as luck would have it, a few times I would be walking past one of their spies sitting in a dark green Jeep Cherokee (their favorite vehicle, until they knew that I knew) and my cap would blow off in the wind. Another time it was again windy, and my cap blew off and my umbrella got blown out as I walked by the youngest of their light grey spies, who was in a bagel shop on South University Ave. This of course was before Lexington was a suspect even on their list. It was not even known by the government that Lexington was in Ann Arbor. Why should it be? Its not my government. The light grey spies (attraction / mistrustfulness types) stood in Bagel Shops every weekend day while they waited for Free Issuance to come in. My first mistake was when I was sitting in Rondezvous (coffee house), even when it occurred to me I should get out, and I satthere. Then, a very perceptive light grey spy, a handsome sixtyish man in light blues walked by looking so casual. There I was right in the window. He saw me and had the typical grey spy reaction of phrenetic mental activity. I split. So, after that, I went home and shaved off my beard, and the next day got a haircut. I had become my own kind of refusenik, and so at that time had long hair and a beard. I would not wear my cloth Guatemala cap for two months. So I perfected my look a little more. I began to wear all black. I avoided the coffee shops most of the time. Eventually I found a brown knit cap like a burglar would wear, and mostly if one of them saw me in this cap, they would assume I was just some lowlife, not "Free Issuance" who was messing with their cherished franchise. My next mistake was when I had to go to Einstein Brothers on State Street for what used to be my habitual cranberry bagel. I had forgotten the lesson that I learned after the false imprisonment, do nothing compulsively [except change your motor oil and backup your computer]. I thought my black disguise and disgustingly proprietous (mean) sunglasses would protect me. I walked by six IMF agents unnoticed. I walked into Einstein Brothers Bagels, even though I saw the light grey spy. He looked me over, and reacted. He walked out with his bagels, and immediately two other IMF agents walked in. I left quickly, went out the back door of Caribou Coffee house next door, and ran to the parking garage where I hid for an hour. IT WOULD BE THEM OR ME It had become a struggle of survival or death for them (their dominant paradigm) or me. Therefore I aimed to weaken their deeply rooted hold on the minds of contemporary educated people by sending 19 letters to Congress, 30 letters to the University of Michigan economics department. In front of my eyes, Red Ink filled the earth and sky. The blood of the Paradigm Dragon flowed to Ann Arbor. Indeed the agents came, and it would be them or me. By the end of December I launched the boycott of Yellow Cab, a one-page document to be printed and distributed by its competitors. The positive image of Yellow Cab would be reversed to become a conduit to common people for information purposes about the dominant paradigm and possibilities of free issuance. The boycott created a mass movement to get the attention of the politicians in Washington, to deliver the USA from IMF influences and thereby disenable the legal powers of the organized pursuers of the Free Issuance ideator. The boycott letters were mailed from a distant town (to evade the pinch of the lawbreaking Fed/IMF mail snitches, who have jobs as US Mail pickup guys and sorters). It was mailed, in fact, from Rochester Hills MI by a limosine driver. I was not too interested in going to jail for life. That there was jail was graphically shown, because among the many spies they had sent to Ann Arbor were evidently jail guards from the secret facilities in which they hold guys with like me. Having been in jail, I know what a jail guard's energy is like, and what they look like. That is how I know the Federal Reserve has secret jails. The jail guards sent here either had regular jobs with the University of Michigan in places where they could see far, or wore backward baseball caps and defined themselves disguised as students. If you ask any perceptive Media Union (that is the peerless high tech library here) employee, they will tell you stories of the physically strong and intensely attentive strangers. They would just be in the Media Union all day, looking people over. One of the strangest things about them is they looked so ordinary, as though they had been prepared to look dramatically ordinary. One of the close calls I had with a jail guard came on the fourth floor of the Spencer library. I went in to use a lone computer. Lying nearby on the desk was a very ordinary looking briefcase and coat. Before I was thru with my work the user appeared, he was a jail guard. Trying to not seem too nervous, I shut down the programs I had been working on, and walked away, wishing I had shut down the computer as well, in case the jail guard had a sudden inkling as to who used it before he did. Fat whiz kids went everywhere, looking to draw people into conversations about high finance by vainly displaying their knowledge of things like hedge funds and derivatives. I again made a mistake, in early December, and went and sat down with a friend, KW, in front of Espresso Royale on State Street. While we were sitting out front I sold KW a copy of my STOCK SHARE ISSUANCE book. He was looking it over, when a fat whiz kid lolling up the street floated over to our outside table. I was neatly dressed in IMF business colors so must have looked somewhat friendly. "Did you write that book?" asked the fat whiz kid. "I'm not smart enough to write books", I plead, "I never wrote nothing". Then the fat whiz kid starting rattling off about hedge funds and derivatives, until a Yellow Cab, driven by another IMF agent, came up and the fat whiz kid got into the back seat, and THEIMF drove away. You can see from the photographs some of the agents around after 1/31/99. On one day around 19 December, there were thousands of agents, my estimate is peak of 9353 about 18 December. Naturally, I could not carry a camera then, because they still had enormous power and one click could be my ticket to jail and beyond. They could have turned me into tire rubber. There was so much pressure the doorlocks on our front door malfunctioned, and they could have just walked in, had they known where to go. It was on those days that the first letters were reaching USA Congresspeople and Senators. Then thanks to some good detective work, they found out about Lexington's second book, I suppose from someone in California. SOME ODD ART: THE IMPRISONMENT OF THE MAGICIANS Then, the ones with the big mouths are taken to these prisons where they must think on certain topics in order to get favors. Before they are killed, at the FORTRESS OF ULTIMATE RESALE. Many don't cooperate at all, but some don't get killed right away, they blend thru prison society at a normal speed, cause they can't ever get out, they know too much. END OF ODD ART The previously unknown Lexington was now high on the suspect list. So they started looking for Lexington. I fully understood the seriousness of the matter, and the day they started tapping my cellphone (January 3, 1999) was the day I turned it off. There were two phone calls to my old cellphone on the day it was tapped. The first one came from T. I owe a lot to T, because he reformatted the business plan and made me take all mention of GENDEX BANK out of the plan and off the website. Otherwise theimf might have caught on. However, T comes from Bulgaria, and IMF policies were a step up from what he experienced there, which was police state dictatorship. So theimf were not even visible to him. On March 3, we found each other at AMERs and he said, "You aren't still seeing conspirators are you?" And I answered, "I destroyed the conspiracy, it is soon to be finished." He shuddered. By the third week in March T was beginning to understand the situation. He recalled what happened when the Nazis came into Bulgaria. "They brought in printing presses and began to print Bulgarian money. Then they gave that to the soldiers, who bought everything in sight". Hitler had used free issuance to make Bulgaria a slave state. When T called me that day, 1/3/99 he mentioned for THEIMF the name and location of a place that invests food for stock in our company, Kav's Cafe in Kerrytown, where we would be meeting. It was not long before THEIMF were regularly coming to Kav's just to see if they could get a glimpse of Lexington. It was only a few days after that, I came close to Kav's cafe to see another IMF fat whiz kid loudly and actively talking high finance to an IMF technician, who was passively listening. The Fat Whiz kid talked for 90 minutes. After they left, I came back and said to Kav, "Did you notice those two guys talking finance in here?" "No, I was too busy serving food to notice anything", said Kav, a reknowned 5 star chef. At that point in time, Kav and his employees had not a clue what was going on. I told them on the first few days of February to watch for THEIMF coming in. Who they were, Kav and company could not tell. All Kav got was a lots of sales but a horrendously boring day, as they came well disguised but full of a frustrated hot energy. I had gone there at 7 AM. To evade the IMF spies, I refused to go into any building they were in, or street they were on. The more I refused to show myself, the more agents they sent on the hunt. They came in waves. I guessed their schedules of peak activity and stayed off the street during those hours. As I frustrated and defeated each group, a new boss and his agents were sent in to find Lexington. Specific buildings looked to me as possessed of the hostile greed presence, so I kept my distance. I did go into the Art and Architecture Building a few times, to find out that they had hired IMF spies as janitors. And I saw the mean new secretary of the Dean of the Art School, Feb. 3, was an IMF agent. During the peak of each wave, I spent a fair amount of time hiding. I did not get to use the computers alot, and there are lots of free computers at the University of Michigan, but I found they wereseldom in the Business School, and being President of my own startup company helped me to fit in there. As long as I wore IMF colors I fit in there - powder blue, greys, black, white. On one occaision I was about to approach the Business School, when the energy of the plaza and walkways and buildings began to change to the typical IMF vibes of greed and death. They couldn't help but project this scam crime zone directly in front of them. At least, that's the way I saw it. I should have got out of the way faster, and suddenly a tall dark jail guard, with close together eyes walked onto the scene, he saw me. I turned away and slowly fled. Another of the tall dark Jail Guards had obtained a job parking cars at the entrance to the Mott Childrens Hospital at the Medical Center. He saw me and reacted; but I was all dressed in black and was not obstructed as I continued on my way. It was not hard for the richest gang on earth to secure the most desirable top floors of buildings, from which the could look people over. In January, with the hourglass of opportunity to stop Free Issuance slipping into emptiness, the dagger of truth slashing at the paradigm dragon from shadows unseen, THEIMF occupied U-M Dennison Tower, One Main Street, and many lower offices. So far I have only heard from one of the people the IMF followed as a potential suspect. H, a food server, was followed to Vincennes Indiana, where they went into the mens' room and looked in the stalls for him. That is when he knew someone was following him. They were frequently looking him over at work too. "I got tired of that s___ in a hurry", H reported. The Medical School library I found had a great assortment of new Macintoshes. I made the mistake of looking for the website I had asked Russia to put up for communications purposes, www.freeissuance.ru, which did not exist. I guess after the word reached them in September, THEIMF quashed it. After I tried that, was only a matter of hours before THEIMF agents were in the building, in fact, all thru the big University of Michigan Hospitals, a giant medical center. Again, the energy of the buildings became charged with the hostile greed presence, and I did not go inside to find out who was there until they were gone. However, my friend Zarathustra, a hippy trickster, was panicked by their approach to him. A thin whiz kid, whom Z describes as a "graduate student / yuppie / preppie" came up to him and asked in a panic if he had heard anything about "a plot to overthrow the government". The thin whiz kid also asked him for some LSD. Zarathustra said he was freaked out by the weird energy all over State Street at that time, said he was going to stay away, and that he thought the guy was a narc trying to arrest him, that the two LSD- overthrow was a ticket to long jail term. Again there were thousands of IMF agents on the streets, well organized teams of secret agents all looking well prepared and perfectly ordinary, but they were nervous because it was already too late. I applaud President Clinton's to have personal United States accounts for individual security as being a step forward, but this also serves the beast. The biggest obvious problem is the lack of ethics on the people handling these accounts. The other problem is the desire on the part of government to number its citizens which is inherently freedom denying. This especially means within the FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigation), which appears to be completely twisted by its willingness to act as an open door thru which the IMF carried out its violations of law. It is almost as if the FBI existed as a fluid within which IMF could carry out its professional crimes without obstruction, or as they say in gangland, the FBI was the IMF's dog. While FBI did not understand the work of its IMF masters, it held forth the strongest loyalty. Therefore the FBI has become both brutal and corrupt, and contemptuous of all forms of civil liberty. It may be that 55%+ of the FBI must be cleared out before it again becomes just. Now this causes its own problems, because you cannot just fire everyone in the FBI. But you can keep them from taking on further cases, while at the same time hiring new people who won't engage in the same abuses. Presently, it appears to me that the FBI's main requirements for being an agent is ability to maintain a conventional appearance, and the willingness to obstruct justice for the sake of apparent authority. My criteria for hiring FBI agents would be 1/ ability to see thru lies, to see objective truth, proven by passing unexpected nonrepeating truth tests 2/ forbearance in not violating people's civil rights; desire to dismiss - not charge victimless crimes; willingness to serve the needs of the people by being open to all who come in 3/ relentless desire for determining true facts 4/ ability for sorting out more or less important; real wish to help citizens victimized by criminals or cops 5/ desire to not to release information derived by science to parties who may cause harm with that knowledge. 6/ Never to give preference to those who claim authority 7/ Lack of desire to impose national values and other subjective notions on non- nationals; willingness to engage in investigations contrary to desires of the powers that be 8/ CREATE A GOOD FEEDBACK LOOP, SO THAT THE BEST SERVING AGENTS MAKE THE MOST MONEY.
