I am one of the programmers on the list. There is more old software out
there being used than you may think. There have been few problems in the
rollovers that have occured partly because a lot of old software is not in use
anymore, and partly because the remaining problems are technically not
difficult to fix once identified. If the incompetent Canadian government can
roll over smoothly, I don't see how anyone can have major problems.... unless,
as you say, they are "invented."
Gary North is, as you note, full of shit.
