 March 20, 1775, Patrick Henry, St. John’s Church, Richmond Virginia:

“It is vain, sir, to extenuate the matter.  Gentleman may cry, peace, peace- but there 
is no peace.  The war is actually begun. The next gale that sweeps from the North will 
bring to our ears the clash of resounding arms!  Our brethren are already in the 
field!  Why stand we here idle?  What is it that gentleman wish?  What would they 
have?  Is life so dear, or peace so sweet, as to be purchased at the price of chains 
and slavery?  Forbid it, Almighty God!  I know not what course others my take; but as 
for me, give me liberty or give my Death!”

Chains or Liberty?

The United States of America declared their political Independence from the political 
bands of the Britannic Majesty on or about July 4th, 1776.

This political union of the United Colonies was henceforth known as the United States 
of America.

This association of sovereign and independent States convened in a Continental 
Congress to handle issues of common interest.   Unfortunately without a constituted 
format, the thirteen States were unable to proceed within a structured political 
discourse.

The States created an Agency to represent their common interests, the United States.  
This agency’s limited and delineated authority was empowered in April 1781, by the 
unanimous acceptance by the thirteen United States of America of the Articles of 
Confederation.

The United States, as the Agent for the States united under the Articles of 
Confederation moved to establish the political, and commercial interests of the States 
as an equal amongst the Nations of the World.

The commercial interests of the States were tied to maritime trade, and the ability to 
establish lines of credit amongst their trading partners.  This required a Oceania 
Naval presence, and a sound fiscal policy amongst the States party to the 
confederation.

The political confederation amongst the States was failing in the middle 1780's.  The 
Continental, the paper currency created by the Congress of the United States was 
worthless.  The thirteen States abridged the exchange of good and services between the 
States with impositions of internal duties and imposts.  The thirteen States created 
thirteen variances of Letters and Bills of Credit.  The United States was powerless to 
adequately remedy the inconsistencies found throughout the Confederation of the United 
States of America.

The Congress of the United States of America, petitioned the States to convene a 
convention to remedy the problems that had brought about economic collapse and raised 
the spectra of Political instability.  Shay’s rebellion in Massachusetts awakened the 
political leaders of the pandemic resistance of the people to the abusive systems 
inherent in governmental organizations where all the parties of interest are not 
properly represented.
The Convention which convened in Philadelphia during the Spring of 1787, set about to 
remedy the apparent failures of the Confederation.  The States had created their 
Agency, the United States to represent it’s foreign affairs, and to coordinate the 
safety of the States from invasions of foreign enemies, and the warring Indian Nations.

The Confederation of States is a national association to represent the States only.  
The people had no voice beyond the State Legislature.   The State legislature picked 
it’s own delegates to attend the Congress of the United States, which was the 
controlling element of the United States.

The delegates to the Convention sought a Republican form of government whereas all 
parities of interest would be equally represented at the National level.  The parties 
of interest consist of the People within the exterior boundaries of the State, the 
State it self, and the United States.

The State was and is the agency of the People within the exterior boundaries of the 
geographical State.  In Maryland the State was created under the auspices of the 
Council of Safety in November of 1776 with the creation of the Maryland Declaration of 
Rights, which invoked the power and authority of the People’s inalienable rights to 
self government:

 Article 1. That all Government of right originates from the People, is founded in 
compact only, and instituted solely for the good of the whole; and they have, at all 
times, the inalienable right to alter, reform or abolish their Form of Government in 
such manner as they may deem expedient.

and declared the status of Maryland as a sovereign and independent State.

 Article 4. That the People of this State have the sole and exclusive right of 
regulating the internal government and police thereof, as a free, sovereign and 
independent State.

The people who participate within the franchise of the State as an elector, chose 
their delegates to the General Assembly that was convened in February of 1777.  The 
members of the General Assembly chose their Delegates to represent the interest of the 
State within the body of the Continental Congress.

The State of Maryland was one of the last Signatories to the Articles of Confederation 
in March of 1781.  The Articles of Confederation were officially ratified that month 
in 1781, and took force and effect in April of 1781.   The next eight years, the 
States Convened the Congress of the United States for the United States of America as 
the political mechanism to handle the domestic issues amongst the States party to 
confederation, and to present the Commercial interests of the States united under the 
Confederation amongst the Nations of the World.

The United States secured international recognition as the De jure agent of the States 
on September 3, 1783, when the Britannic Majesty of the United Kingdom acknowledged 
the political independence of the United Colonies under the agency of the United 
States, who represented the combined interest of the States United in America under 
the Articles of Confederation.
The next five years, and six months found the United States unable to meet its debt 
obligations to the Subjects of the Britannic Majesty, and King Louis XVI.  To 
exacerbate the problem, the Britannic Majesty still occupied land within the States of 
America with his own troops.  The commercial trade which flourished under the 
protection of the King’s Flag, was stalled in the ports of Boston, New York, 
Philadelphia, and Savannah.

The Congress of the United States, the Unicameral institution for the States of 
America was a dismal failure.  A more perfect Union of the States was needed.   The 
Delegates who met in Convention in Philadelphia in the spring of 1787, to improve the 
Confederation of States, created a viable document that answered the demands of all 
parties of interest.   Article I, protected the interests of the People and the 
States.  Article II insured executive control, and Article VI assured the foreign 
interests.  Article III offered an avenue to adjudicate concerns that will arise 
within any political union.

The triumvirate of the American Republic was proclaimed opened on March 4, 1789.  The 
people’s representative’s sat in the House, the State’s representatives sat in the 
Senate.  The United States controlled the Executive branch which depended upon the 
will of the people to fund the fiscal needs of the United States, and the consent of 
the States to further international agreements.

The States controlled the Presidency with the electoral college.  The People within 
the States, and the States controlled the fiscal policy of the United States.

The United States was authorized an income to be derived from impost, excise, and 
duties.  (Article I, section 8, clause 1)  This income was to be used exclusively to 
fund the ongoing operations of the United States.  These responsibilities of the 
Untied States were delineated explicitly to foreign affairs, and defense of the United 
States of America from foreign invasions, and upon application by a State to suppress 
domestic insurrection within the exterior boundaries of the State.

In times of fiscal duress, the United States was authorized to impose a direct, or 
capitation tax based upon an apportionment derived by a census, or enumeration.  
(Article 1, section 3, clause 2, and Article I, section 9, clause 4.)

The Sixteenth Amendment did not  constitute a new authority on behalf of the United 
States.  This particular amendment only qualified, and quantified the existing fiscal 
authority of the Untied States.

The Seventeenth amendment ended the triumvirate which was the Republic of the United 
States of the America.  The States party to the Constitution of the United States 
surrendered their voice within the United States political arena.  The balance between 
the People, the States, and the United States was effectively circumnavigated for the 
fiscal benefit of the United States.  This amendment is not a constituted amendment, 
as it is in contradistinction to Article V which states as follows:   and that no 
State, without its Consent, shall be deprived of its equal Suffrage in the Senate.
Such a change as the XVII amendment purports would require the unanimous consent of 
the parties of interest as Stated within the Articles of Confederation which still 
have force and effect as the binding Articles amongst the State united.

The revision of the Corporate Excise Tax with the Tariff Act of October 3, 1913, 
established the currency controls used to rebate the exportation of profits from 
within the United States.  This 30 percent “withholding” tax was the capstone of the 
privatized monetized debt service center.

The Creation by the Congress of the United States of it’s own privately charted 
monetized debt service center, on December 23, 1913,  empowered the fiscal policy of 
the United States, wherein it would no longer be dependent upon the States, and the 
people for its fiscal policy.

This Act of Congress, known as the Currency Reform Act of 1913, “nationalized” and  
breached the fiduciary responsibilities of the United States in contradistinction to 
Article I, section 8, clause 5.  The United State’s Legislative branch had no 
constituted authority to charter a privately  owned monetized debt service center.  
This privately owned monetized debt service center, charted within the United States, 
is the private Agency under contract to the United States.  This Act of the Congress 
of the United States and the “ratification” of the 17th Amendment terminated the 
Republic and empowered the “Social Democracy,” which had been established on the 
shores of the Potomac.    The Congress of the United States in contradistinction to 
Article IV, Section 4., subjugated the States to it’s  “Nationalistic Socialized 
Democracy” through it’s privately charted monetized debt service center.

The People no longer had control of the fiscal policy of the United States.   The 
State’s could no longer veto the actions of the Executive Branch.  The Legislative 
Branch of the United States could fund it’s “Nationalistic Social Engineering” without 
restriction.

The Republic was slowly becoming a distant memory.   Woodrow Wilson introduced the 
Rhetoric about the “Democracy.”   This “Democracy” that Woodrow Wilson proclaimed is 
the United States, wherein the will of the majority in the Congress Assemble ruled.  
This is the operative “Democracy” that Woodrow Wilson was determined to expand no 
matter what the cost to Americans, or the World.

He plunged the States united under the Articles of Confederation and party to the 
Constitution of the United States for the United States of America, into a World War 
to make the World safe for this “Socialized Democracy.”  The States party to the 
Constitution of the United States for the United States of America, where not invaded 
by any foreign enemy on April 7th, 1917.   The United States moved forward under it 
own initiative.  This initiative was stated plainly  by General Butler Brown in 1930.  
The United States had to preserve its  in debentures of its privately charted 
monetized debt service center.

This was but the first step to impose the tyrannical system of “National Socialism” 
radiating from the shores of the Potomac forcibly upon sovereign States of America and 
the World.

This “Social Democracy” was founded upon the blood of the ten’s of millions that died 
in the World Wars which started quietly in the Balkans in 1911.

At the Palace of Versailles, in January of 1921,  the United State’s privately charted 
monetized debt service center ruled supreme.

The first ten millions sacrificed upon the fields of Europe in the teens, were only 
the first of millions more to be slaughtered on behalf of this mantle of “Democracy.”  
This first World War of the Twentieth Century, was on the beginning of the coming 
hundred years of warfare financed by this private monetized debt service center of the 
United States.

The picture of the actual “Ugly American”  has been based upon the conception that 
Americans are wealthy and indifferent to the world.  In reality, the “Ugly American” 
is this “Nationalistic Social Democracy” terrorizing America and the World from the 
Shores of the Potomac.

This “Nationalistic Socialistic Democracy”, apparently is the Global Tyranny operating 
along the Shores of the Potomac as it appears to forcibly propagate its “New World 
Order.”

We here in America, are the only people that can put an end to this farce radiating 
from the Shores of the Potomac.  We need to reclaim the Republic and put these “Social 
Democratists” where they belong, on the ash heap of history.

We have a choice.  We can pass these chains of indentured servitude to our progeny, or 
we can stand forth as did our Forefathers, and declare once again, Our unalienable 
rights, amongst these which are,  Our Life, Our Liberty, and Our Happiness.

“They tell us, sir, that we are weak---unable to cope with so formidable an adversary. 
 But when shall we become stronger?  Will it be when we are totally disarmed, and when 
a British guard shall be stationed in every house?  Shall we gather strength by 
irresolution and inaction? ...Sir, we are not weak, if we make a proper use of those 
means which God of nature hath placed in our power.  Three millions of people, armed 
in the holy cause of liberty, and in such a country as that which we possess, are 
invincible by any force which our enemy can send us . . . .The battle, sir, is not to 
the strong alone; it is to the vigilant, the active, the brave . . . .”
