Hmmmm...this statement would suggest that the gov't  ISN"T actively
encouraging idiocy, like maybe handing over to China ALL of our nuclear
goodies...

Ah, but you forgot the biggie, er, like handing money over to the IRS with
every paycheck even though we are not legally obligated to do so.  Of
course, the IRS would then take everything so, there is some justification
for following the heard.  Moo...
