# New space plane project takes off. (CNN) NASA and Boeing have agreed on a
US$173 mln project to develop an experimental space plane called the X-37
to serve as a test bed for new reusable rocket technologies. Airplanes and
rockets that get the X-designation are experimental, high-speed vehicles,
but most of them are incapable of achieving orbits in outer space, re-ent-

# FAA reviews in-flight prayer incident. DES MOINES, Iowa (UPI) The Federal
Aviation Administration is probing an incident aboard an AccessAir flight
that led to the removal of nine Muslim passengers, many of them doctors.
AccessAir says the nine men were disruptive, but the men claim they were
only trying to pray, and that crew members overreacted. Airline officials
said the Muslim medical men stood before the plane reached a safe altitude
