Sovereignty in America is in the People not the State, when We forget that...public servants become Our masters. The problem with corporations is limited liability by "law", there is nothing wrong with limited liability by contract where everyone involved knows their rights and responsibilities. When this is done by "law" corporations become subsidiaries of the State. This is further complicated when the State incorporates as did the United States in 1871.
