Nicky, did you make sure that *all* files associated with Netscape were
deleted when you removed the Xtra version? I.e., not just the ones in the
Netscape folder...there are others, particularly in the \Windows and
\Windows\System folders. Also, there are probably Registry entries that
control some of the stuff like the customized shortcuts--you can remove these
(if you can find them!) but proceed with caution, as this can really mess up
your machine. The "Englishman" you spoke with violated several of the
standards for phone support; it's an absolute no-no to get mad at a caller...
