A liberal and a psychiatrist are walking down the street
in Our Nation's Capitol, when suddenly they see
a vicious street mugging taking place in front of
them.
They rush to the scene just as the mugger flees, and
find the victim a helpless bleeding wretch laying on the sidewalk.
The liberal surveys the situation, shakes his head, and says to
the psychiatrist:
"Whoever did this REALLY needs help."
