MIT has done some promising things in the study of fields
manipulation, but this chip I will have to see to believe.
The splice will happen, eventually, but unless he has world
changing technology its bogus.  If he does have world
changing technology tell him there is not a second goes by
something is not watching him, and he has absolutely NO
privacy, none.  AND he can count himself lucky if he even
survives his ideas.
