here is the quantity ,400,000 records An awful lot of paper. If you pack
20 files to a storage box thats 20,000 boxas.
If you move boxes out of the building for disposal some body can get
curious and ask questions. So you have to destroy on site. Your
alternatives are pretty limited, fire, explosive, acid., shredder. Exclude
the last two, too cumbersome. Fire causes attention and raises an alarm
Explosion is final.
Remember General Partins point about the steel girders. The way to take out
steel girders is plastic explosive packed around the beam. Fertilizer
explosive does not have a focussed explosive force.
US would not do such a thing? Remember the Maine? Pearl Harbor ?
