He is a former Master police officer and former Colonel in the military and was responsible for training SWAT Teams and he is very much into a lot of this. This is his reply: The Phineas Priesthood is a very dangerous lot. There are only a handful of them, but they appear to be a far out fanatic offshoot of the Christian Identity or Christian Israel group. The CIs don't claim them, but they may have started there. This link to "The Process" is most interesting and would explain a lot. My gut reaction is that some of them are MK/ULTRA or MONARCH mind control subjects. Remember that religion, satanism, and Satanic Ritual Abuse (Satanic Ritual Abuse) are areas used by mind control proponents to gain entry into one's consciousness.
