SYMBIOSIS OF WAR MAIN THESIS
It can not be a coincidence that the States created after 1945 are the same
number, 158, as the Declarations of War received by the Allies in Britain's
World War (1939). Each Declaration was a contract to be redeemed after the
war creating a new State or re-establishing one destroyed by Germany using
the Declarations they received in McKinley's war (1894-1918). The new States
were mostly done in territories the British Empire ceded in order to get the
other powers involved and survive the event. There was a SYMBIOSIS between
the Communist-s and the Allies. Our involvement placed us in a direct
confrontation with the Russian Empire. Roosevelt never imagined 10 years
after taking his decision intercontinental missiles were going to be
deployed.
Evidence that it can not be a coincidence
1. Britain received 12 Declarations including those of Australia, Canada and
New Zealand. These were redeemed creating the only 12 monarchy-s established
after 1945.
2. USSR received 47 including those of Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Cuba,
Nicaragua, Croatia, Slovakia, and Yugoslavia for whom they negotiated. These
were redeemed by creating 47 States which bought their weapons and were
socialist.
3. USA received 99 with those of :
Japan, Manchu-kuo, Thai, Greece, Finland, France, Italy, Netherlands,
Guatemala, Haiti, and South Africa for whom they negotiated. These were
redeemed by creating 99 States of "Free Enterprise".
4. There were only 39 States not destroyed by Germany nor by the redemption
of the Declarations of War of the Allies. A review of the history of the war
of 1939 can certify these states were the only ones not destroyed because
their distance from the conflict. Germany made their 22 invasions redeeming
the 22 Declarations they received in the war of 1914.
Stalin even demanded symbiotic latent help for converting free states to
Communist ones. For example in Cuba Ruben F.Batista Zaldivar; promoted by an
invasion of Roosevelt's Navy in 1933; did a symbiotic transfer to his godson
Raul Castro and left the country before the supposed rebels had taken any
important military base. This was similar to when Jack Brissot and Broglie
did a symbiotic transfer to the supporters of Napoleon in the French
Revolution to begin the deadliest war until 1800. It was similar to the
symbiotic transfer Kerensky did to Lenin in the Russian Revolution when he
gave him the Winter Palace and went to live in New York. Kerensky's family
were friends of Lenin and he left the Winter Palace in an American Embassy
car. Berlin's Army in cohort with Lenin threatened the Russians with terror
until they placed Kerensky in power. There was a"fiasco" invasion of France
Bay of "Quiberon" which remind us of the "fiasco" of Bay of Pigs in Cuba and
the "fiasco" U.S. invasion of Siberia in Lenin's Revolution. They all helped
consolidate their supposed opponent.
Huguenot Rockefeller-s And Rothschild-s
The Russian and Cuban Revolutions had other common factors, Rockefeller and
Rothschild. In the Russian Revolution Rockefeller and Standard Oil in 1926
became the sole export agent of the 3 million tons of oil a year of the Baku
fields. Rockefeller and Rothschild both financed Lenin and Stalin.In Cuba
Rockefeller and Rothschild through Morgan's business concerns controlled
most of the sugar production .Nelson Rockefeller and Rothschild's agent
Churchill negotiated Cuba to the Communist camp.They had other sources of
sugar in Peru and elsewhere .The Cuban sugar they only needed while the War
of Britain went on (1939-1945).All American covert operations in 1952 had to
be approved by the National Security Council's Operations Coordinating Board
on which Nelson Rockefeller was Eisenhower's representative. In Latin
America Nelson Rockefeller was the intellectual author of several military
coups to defend his oil interests in Brazil, Guatemala, Colombia, Peru,
Bolivia, and Venezuela. He acted through the C.I.A. and S.I.L.Summer
Institute of Linguistic who appeared as translators of the Bible to Indian
tongues. Nelson died in 1979 of a Heart attack while in bed with a 26 year
old friend.
Start II Treaty of Disarmament,if ever,to be implemented by 2004 reduces
strategic heads to 3,500. With only 1,000 ogive-s 80% of the population of
each opponent can be bombed. The reduction only reflects the fact that the
new mobile weapons and military facilities can not be targeted and therefore
less ogive-s are required. S.I.P.R.I.the Stockholm International Peace
Research Institute monitoring atomic deployment published there will never
be a way to know how many heads the Russians really have because they do not
allow any foreigner in their arsenals. War can not be avoided by fear of
Mac-Namara's "Mutual Assured Destruction" because the difference of time
zones provides the one who shoots first time to evacuate. If Moscow
evacuates next Monday at 10 in the morning Moscow time the Pentagon would
not wake up New York at 2 in the morning.This would give them an extra two
hours to get the people out of the cities.The same will be if Washington
shoots first.
The one who can redeem the 44 Declarations, Germany received from 1939 to
1945 can take the offensive and maneuver around the world to improve the
possibility of a first strike victory. This was the situation Germany
confronted in 1932 and 1914 and France in 1870 and 1800.
Once a buffer State such as Korea, China- Taiwan, Bosnia-Kossovo,
Cuba-Guantanamo-Bay, or Lebanon (all divided by Republicans) is divided,the
one who withdraws creates a much worst problem for himself as we have heard
Israel explain in the specific case of Lebanon. Or as NATO subtly has tried
to explain in the case of Yugoslavia. The negotiations in Korea where North
Korea always stands up and leaves have to be taken with a sense of humor.
When McKinley took Cuba people thought it was to avoid war from spreading to
this continent. The War which began at "Sarajevo" was possible only because
Austria had a Declaration of War served by Mc-Kinley against the Austrian
Queen of Spain, April 21 1898.This is why the Great War is called the War of
Mc-Kinley. Wars are begun not by he who crosses a border first but by the
one who Declares War first. The one who crosses a border first may be
redeeming Declarations of War received before.
Rothschild and his agent Conservative Prime Minister Churchill brought war
back to this continent when he exchanged Cuba in Potsdam .The Bank N.M.
Rothschild today is acting as advisor to Russia in their privatization. This
is the same as when they financed Prussia through Bleichroder,Albert Ballin
and Beth-mann Hollweg for the war of 1914.Their hope is to reach an accord
with them on a theater of war the day they have another depression.This they
did with the Prussian-s in the War of McKinley. In the mean time their
controlled press keeps the masses unaware of the fact that the armament-ism
of today is the same as that of 1900 when the French were going to be
attacked by the Prussian-s 14 years afterwards. The alternative to
armament-ism is to engage the opponent in order to limit the severity of the
conflict.

The 12 Federations left after USSR turned to C.I.S. are: USA (50), S.Africa
(4), Canada(10), Australia(6), Bharata(25), Brazil(26), Mexico(31),

. Yugoslavia is a united sovereignty were the 4 provinces left: Serbia,
Monte-negro, Kossovo and Vojovo call themselves Republics but are not
sovereign. South Korea, Guantanamo, South Lebanon and Taiwan are not
included in the list because the are divided buffers. Puerto Rico is not
included because is an option in the future. The last States Palestine,
Palau and Macedonia created in 1994 are still having troubles adapting to
their new boundaries.The 12 Federations have 236 federated states.Therefore
there are 236-12+197=421 States and Sovereign-ties.
There were 118 new States created,39 untouched,18 rebuilt and 22 which
changed sides from the status quo to the challenger side or vice versa(197)
:Russia, China, Cuba, Morocco, Yugoslavia, Iran, Iraq, Syria, Lebanon,
Nicaragua, Ethiopia exchanged respectively for Germany, Japan, Italy,Spain,
Croatia, Bulgaria, Romania, Albania, Hungary,Thai,and Mongolia.
Each of the 421 Sovereign-ties and States was created with a Right of
Sovereignty originated by an specific historical incident so their number is
limited by international accords. In order to make a new Sovereignty out of
the Basque country,for example, there would have to be an elimination of

Cuba demands reparations from US

UNITED NATIONS, Sept. 24 (UPI) Cuba demanded today billions of dollars in
reparations from the United States for the 37-year-old economic embargo,
citing the 1948 Geneva Convention on Genocide and other U.N.-approved
international treaties.
Speaking at the General Assembly debate, Cuban Foreign Minister Felipe Perez
Roque claimed his country has suffered numerous deaths and economic
deprivation as a consequence of the embargo, which he called "a dirty war."
A civil lawsuit was filed last May before Cuban courts, the minister said,
for the deaths of 3,478 people and 2,099 survivors. The total amount claimed
for compensation is $181.1 billion.
Particular emphasis was put by Perez Roque on the refusal of the United
States to provide "medicine and foodstuffs," which he said violates
international conventions on humanitarian assistance.
Perez Roque also said the United States, since the passing of the Torriceli
law in 1992, has prevented subsidiaries of American companies operating in
third countries to supply medicines to Cuba, "which amounted to more than
$700 million a year" in trade for humanitarian use.
Since the imposition of the embargo in 1962, successive measures taken in
Washington against Cuba "have accumulated to become a total and absolute
blockade, which has reached the extreme of banning the exportation of a
single aspirin produced in the United States," the minister said.
Perez Roque quoted extensively from international treaties and protocols,
including a 1949 Covenant on the protection of civilians in times of war.
He cited a 1997 survey made by the American Association for World Health
(AAWH) claiming the embargo has caused "dramatic damages to the health and
nutrition to a great number of Cuban citizens and has even caused deaths."
The minister recalled that, in the past seven years, the U.N. General
Assembly has passed resolutions urging the United States to put an end to
the economic embargo, which has been ignored by Washington.
So, he said, "the people of Cuba, regardless of the fight that may continue
at this Assembly, has decided to resort to legal procedures it is entitled
to requiring corresponding sanctions for those responsible of these acts of
genocide."
