Hi Folks:
I'm new to the list--but not to mind control (unfortunately.) Some of
you many know of me.
I have attacked excerpts of the Wilcher report as an attachment. I'm sure
you will find it interesting reading. You can get a copy of the "individual"
report (minus the last four pages; see the attachment for an explanation)
and/or a video tape.
It would appear that the cat is out of the bag.
