On page 127 of his book, Federalism and the French Canadians, Pierre tells us that: "Federalism must be welcomed as a valuable tool which permits dynamic parties to plant socialist governments in certain provinces from which the seed of radicalism can slowly spread." The book is remarkably similar to that of Zbig Brzezinski's, "Between Two Ages", the book which inspired David Rockefeller to found the Trilateral Commission, with Zbig and Jimmy Carter. Interesting members in that Marxist club - Conrad Black, Paul Desmarais, Trevor Eyton, L. Eves Fortier, Alan E. Gotlieb, James A. Pattison, Roy MacLaren, Jacques Bougie, Marshall A. Cohen. You will not be surprised then, thinking back to all of the countries that the Rockefeller's United Nations has 'democratized' since they began their murderous program after founding the UN in 1945. On page 72, Zbig tell us: "That is why Marxism represents a further vital and creative stage in the maturing of man's universal vision. Marxism is simultaneously a victory of the external, active man over the inner, passive man and a victory of reason over belief: it stresses man's capacity to shape his material destiny -- finite and defined as man's only reality--and it postulates the absolute capacity of man to truly understand his reality as a point of departure for his active endeavours to shape it..." I have mentioned that things are not often as they seem to be or appear to be. Such is the case for Canadian citizenship or Mexican citizenship. This is an illusion we have all been brought up with and the same thing is being foisted on the American public as rapidly and as unobtrusively as the controlled education and media system can bend the minds of those once free Americans. They lost their freedom on December 23, 1913, with the illegal, unconstitutional Federal Reserve Act. The same coterie of criminals who own the Federal Reserve also own the Bank of Canada. Those who own and control the money of a nation also own and control the people of that nation. People who own and control property should be asking themselves why they have a duplicate of certificate of title to their property, rather than a title. There is a big difference. But never in the history of 'funny money systems' has any of the funny money systems lasted as long as that of the Federal Reserve. The only way the Federal Reserve can continue the fraud is by creating a world Federal Reserve and a one world dictatorship. The aim of the communists is to end private property in land. You will find that under #1 of the ten planks of the Communist Manifesto, page 25. All of those ten planks have been instituted under the control and direction of the richest people in the world. Who would ever think, after being educated in the government schools where we are taught about those 'rich capitalists', to look for the real communists amongst their ranks. As the history teacher and professional football player, Gary Allen, said: Socialism is the royal road to riches for the super rich. The invisible bonds of economic serfdom are much more binding than the bands of steel and the chains of slavery, for they enslave the mind as well as the body. Canada and the world can only be saved by first saving the United States of America. Our problem is that the controlled media in the USA and Canada has so fogged the minds of the citizens of both countries that most of the people do not yet know that their nations are in deep trouble. They do know that something is drastically wrong, but they have no idea where the problem is coming from. This stems from the nature of a well planned, well organized conspiracy that had the good sense to buy up the media and finance the teaching of our teachers. No where have I ever advocated giving up. Our enemies think much less of human life than any of us would ever show as compassion for a creature we would have to kill and eat if we were starving. We are dealing with very sick people. The electronic weaponry of which we hear so much these days also includes mind control equipment that has been in use for many years and are now being used to complement the drugs they have been using since the early 1900s. Notice as the war on drugs increases, the use of drugs increases. Do you suppose that the governments have not noticed that also? Have you noticed that as the SATS scores continue to drop at the schools, and more and more dollars are poured on the 'problems', the scores continue to worsen? And as all of these things worsen, all else worsens and then it becomes necessary to eject God from the schools and also from government property. Marx said religion is the opiate of the people and to bring about true communism it would be necessary to destroy religious beliefs. Professor Adam Weishaupt, the founder of the Order of the Illuminati, May first, 1776, said the same thing and said all of the churches and religious organizations would have to be infiltrated to accomplish those goals. Some of the churches have become political organizations and some others have become political neutralizers in that their members are not allowed to participate in the voting process. Other churches promote homosexuality and alternate lifestyles as do our government schools. All are a drain on the taxpayers in that the churches who do not knock the one world government boat, remain tax free foundations; government schools not only overburden the taxpayers, they have been turned into Marxist brain-wash factories. Though little has been said about The "Dollarization" of the Americas, it is already coming down the pike. In an article I received from an acquaintance this 29th day of July, 1999, William F. Jasper, an author and researcher, enlightens us with this: "Last January, the business pages of many newspapers reported on a startling proposal by Argentine President Carlos Menem that his country abandon its own currency, the peso, and adopt the U.S. dollar. In short order, a number of stories began surfacing that Mexico, Canada, El Salvador, Brazil, and Venezuela are also considering similar "dollarization" proposals. "The brief, shallow analysis and generally nonchalant tone found in most of the Establishment media's reports about this astounding development greatly belie the impact upon the world's political and economic structures that actual "dollarization" would inaugurate. The vast majority of Americans have not heard of "dollarization" and have not the slightest idea that the adoption of this nation-destroying program is an integral part of the Insiders' plans for an end to sovereign nationhood and the enthronement of tyrannical, one-world government. Nor do our fellow citizens have the merest inkling that the plans to implement this program are already underway. To the extent that these radical proposals have engendered "debate" at all, it has been an overwhelmingly one-sided affair (no surprise there), with the unusual assortment of globalist cognoscenti unabashedly promoting the scheme and assuring us that dollarization is the only realistic hope for stabilizing Latin america's tottering economies and protecting America's prosperity. "While the dollarization scheme is but one of several strands in the economic rope of bondage that is being tightened on the American people (as well as on billions of other hapless victims with whom we share this planet), it is the primary one on which we will be focusing here. There are many possible and logical points at which to begin unraveling this dangerous stratagem, but we will choose the Time magazine cover story for February 15, 1999, which must surely rank as one of the most extraordinary propaganda and disinformation pieces of this decade, if not of this century. Along with the headline, "The Committee to Save the World," the cover featured the beaming visages of Federal Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan, then Treasury Secretary Robert Rubin, and Deputy Treasury Secretary (now Treasury Secretary) Lawrence Summers, with this riveting subtitle: "The Inside story of how the Three Marketeers have prevented a global economic meltdown--so far." "This was more than your standard Insider puff piece aimed at honoring and promoting a few of its own. It was designed as one of the major centerpieces in an accelerated and intensified propaganda war unleashed by the Conspiracy over the past few months to advance a number of key objective, all of which, ultimately, are directed toward propelling the program od economic, political, and military "convergence" into their planned, Orwellian new world order. Realizing that their proposals for international political and military convergence face strong nationalist objections -- objections that will be more readily overcome once economic convergence is well established -- the one-world advocates have been pushing the economic "reform" and "restructuring" agenda full tilt. "The main purpose of the Time story is two-fold: to incite near panic in the American public concerning various "crises" that could initiate a global economic implosion; and to offer panic relief in the form of economic crises managers of superhuman genius and wisdom in whom we must place complete authority to manage our planet's economic assets and policies. "What holds them together," says Ramo, "is a passion for thinking and an inextinguishable curiosity about a new economic order that is unfolding before them like an Alice in Wonderland world." The reference to Lewis Carroll's nonsensical storybook world is entirely apropos, particularly if one keeps in mind that Alice's dreamscape, which began as amusingly absurd, rapidly degenerates into one that was not merely terrifying and nightmarish, but decidedly dangerous --with lots of nasty people trying to chop off her head. And it should be noted, this divine trio (Ramo calls them "The Trinity") is not passively observing this "unfolding" new order, but is actively involved in creating the worldwide disorder that is generating the "consensus" on the absolute "necessity" to adopt their global solutions........" Of the deities mentioned in Council on Foreign Relations member Ramo's article, we are not told which is the father, the son or the holy ghost in this trinity, but they are all three exalted members of the subversive and treasonous Council on Foreign Relations. And, like members, Clinton, Reno, Albright and Gore, they are all merely the cannon fodder of the brighter members who run the show and are smart enough to stay out of the limelight. Six months?...A year?...Two years, or three? In fact, the vast majority of the nation's most elite businessmen and academicians say that, until just recently, they knew nothing at all about the existence of a Y2K problem. Logical and mathematical flaws have been discovered in the design of the worldwide computer programming and databases. The Murrays traced the origin of the emerging Y2K crisis to the early requirements by the U.S. government that all computer systems bought and used by federal agencies be programmed with only two digits for the year (e.g. 99 rather than 1999, and 00 rather than 2000). The U.S. government standard was then rigidly followed by private industry and other governments around the world. The Murrays wrote: "On November 1, 1968, the U.S. Department of Commerce, National Bureau of Standards, issued Federal Information Processing Standards Publication 4 (FIPS PUB 4). It specified the use of six-digit dates for all information exchange among federal agencies. This standard became effective January 1, 1970. And so through the years, the generations of computing systems, and the bureaucracy of government, the six-digit date not only has survived but has been enshrined. Throughout the business and governmental communities there was little thought of the year 2000. Programming practice has brought us to this crisis by providing us with worldwide systems whose databases are permeated by six-digit dates and whose application programs' data definitions addrss six-digit fields." In their 1984 book, the Murrays clearly laid the blame for the looming Y2K chaos on the doorsteps of the federal government. The question is, why?
