During the Vietnam War, fighting alongside U.S. servicemen against the Viet
Cong was a unique army. Trained by the CIA and U.S. Army Special Forces
mentors, the Hmong hill tribesmen of Laos and Vietnam served with legendary
bravery and tenacity in the war effort. In return for their military service
on America's behalf, the Hmong were promised a homeland of their own,
repatriation to the U.S. if they wished, and other preferential treatment as
veterans.
Today, the Hmong have been betrayed by the U.S. government, and are being
forced -- by U.N. soldiers at gunpoint -- to return from Thai refugee camps
to their native Laos before Dec. 31, to almost certain extermination. The
ruling Stalinist government in Laos considers the Hmong "less than human."

Until now, no reporter from any other news organization has been willing or
able to document this story. In preparing tomorrow's worldwide exclusive
report, WorldNetDaily's roving international correspondent Anthony C. LoBaido
has traveled throughout Thailand and Laos, at considerable personal risk,
documenting the plight of Laos' Hmong tribesmen.
Anthony LoBaido at the heavily landmined Plain of Jars near Ponsavan in Laos.
The "jars" weigh several tons each and are considered one of the grandest
mysteries of the ancient Asian world.

LoBaido has been able to piece together this remarkable report by traveling
undercover in a hostile country. He discovered that the persecution of the
Hmong is accelerating, not only because of their former role as allies of
America, but also because of their massive turn toward Christianity.

Starting tomorrow, and continuing Thursday and Friday, WorldNetDaily will
carry this exclusive three-part report, named for the Hollywood film that
depicted the Hmong's supporting role in the Vietnam War -- Apocalypse Now.

Anthony LoBaido will be the guest of radio talk show host Chuck Harder on
"For the People" today at 3:00 p.m. Eastern time. WorldNetDaily editor and
founder Joseph Farah will also be a guest, starting at 4:00 p.m. Eastern.
