This is a startling admission by the ATF Director himself, which was broacast on CSPAN, which leaves no room for doubt about who was responsible for burning the Branch Davidians and their children. The file is recorded from William Cooper's shortwave broadcast has been converted it into aiff format. The short sound bite is about 12 seconds long, and 132KB in size. It includes a very brief intoduction by Mr. Cooper. The sound quality is not perfect, since it was recorded on shortwave, but it's not bad either.
