Very likely false. Gore served in the Army as a typewriter warrior. If he
had hemophilia, he would never been in the army, nor would he have been
chopping tobacco, plowing with mules, or other physically dangerous stuff.

Very likely false. The medical industry, including the government's own quacks,
know a hell of a lot less about virues, fungi, etc then they would have us
believe.
They would have no clue about whether or not such a cock-a-mamey scheme would
work.

Probably true. Kind of the standard operating procedure for the spook industry.

the feds in a meaningful way.
I'm reminded of the Waco hearings where one of the federal
agents who testified thrust his jaw out, thumped his chest, and declared how
proud he was to be a federal agent and how heroic were the feds who were
killed assaulting a residence housing women and children. One of the stories
apparently spread by the feds was that the Waco "compound" housed a
clandestine "methamphetamine lab".
