On January 7, Deborah Perroy told the Washington based public interest lawfirm Judicial Watch that she stumbled upon National Security Counsel administrative director Robert Manzanares and his assistant Marcia Dimel poring over confidential FBI files after hours in the office of the NSC's CIA Liaison. Perroy resigned in part because of the wrongdoing she witnessed. A month later, records show, the White House requisitioned her FBI file. An affidavit she signed to back up her story was covered earlier this week by The Washington Times' Jerry Seper and nationally syndicated columnist Robert Novak. But a source familar with Perroy's off-the-record account told NewsMax.com that there's more to her story. "Manzanares suggested during a staff meeting that White House employees could make donations to the Clintons' Legal Defense Fund," the insider revealed. Perroy also claims that a memo soliciting donations for the Clinton Defense Fund was circulated amongst staff. It was written on White House stationery.
