My experience is he does much more than go along with things these days...he was our judge until he retired to go to a law firm to make lots of money....one of my favorite Sporkin statements was something like "Who cares if that is the law, I disagree with the law, if you got a problem with that, go see Congress"...this was on why DOJ did not have to honor disclosure provision telling us that we were the target of a Qui Tam in 1996.
