In just 3 weeks on June 4th thousands of people will descend on Windsor,
Canada and Detroit, U$A to shutdown the meeting of the Organization of
American States and to strike a blow against their ugly child the Free
Trade
Area of the Americas (FTAA).
The FTAA is simply put, NAFTA but hella bigger. It will extend from
Canada to Argentina- involving 34 countries in all. The FTAA will be WTO
compliant and will be fully implemented by 2005. If NAFTA was a "death
sentence" for the people of Chiapas, the FTAA is coming for the rest of
us.
We must resist.
There are two web sites set up right now, one for each side of the
border,

Come to our border towns and prove that our resistance is as
transnational
as their capital.
