on many Moslim best seller lists, and there are some Arab governments who
distribute it for free. And for the same reason you Christians did, to
give the population someone to hate and distract them from thinking about
who is really screwing them. The same thing happened here in the South with
Blacks. Poor whites were encouraged to despise Blacks because it made them
