I don't know where he goes back to, but if you read SHRUB by Molly Ivins or
listen to it in the car (it's on tape), you will be able to see where he's
going. He's bought his son a presidency, and is installing a VP who is a
good old boy from the good old days. I heard Cheney give his views on
"Starwars," and it's pretty clear where the "surplus" is going to go. The
"pie in the sky" weapons manufacturers may or may not produce anything truly
viable, but they'll be well funded while they play. Prudy
