Having a grandmother who was orphaned in Scotland and sent to orphanage in
Canada, common sense tells me the easiest targets for sexual abuse are those
with no parental protection.
So the story of using Boys Town for this purpose makes perfect sense to me.
It is not farfetched in the least. Slip the headmaster a few bucks, buy the
kid an ice cream and you've got it made.
