This is an excellent approach to analyzing anecdotal data. It will
probably lead to significant discoveries. It is unlikely, however, to lead
to any convictions. You're going to have to catch perps in the act to do
that. Even then, expect the courts to side with the perps.
While compiling and cross matching a great deal of anecdotal evidence
makes a better case than presenting isolated cases, it's still only
anecdotal. Anecdotal evidence, without forensic evidence to back it up, is
not sufficient enough proof to convince a court, or even most of the
public. To present a truly compelling case requires a whole lot more than
just anecdotes, however well they are analyzed. Eleanor White is on the
right track, or one of them, anyway. She actually built one of the devices
that some perps may be using. When she presents her case, which is almost
every day, she can physically demonstrate that V2S is not an abstract
speculation. It's real. She can do it herself. She actually owns a silent
sound demo device.

Still though, convincing a court to convict, or even indict, is going to
take hard, forensic evidence along the line of fingerprints, surveillance
tapes, etc., and a whole lot of it. Frankly, I doubt that courts will ever
convict any perps, especially those working for the government. There's a
slim chance that one of the handful of independent, "lone nut" perps who
also do this kind of thing to peoplemight someday face justice in court.
But don't count on it. And especially don't count on the government
convicting one of its own. It isn't going to happen. Court isn't about
justice. Court is about money and power. The government is not your
friend. It's a tool by which our rulers oppress us, and not the only or
even the most important one one they employ.
I think that instead of pursuing the Quixotic goal of legal justice that
the TI community should take matters into their own hands. Instead of
concentrating on trying to convince the public this stuff is real,
concentrate on R&D. Develop electronic countermeasures and reliable
direction finding equipment. If I thought for one minute that I was a TI,
I would go on a counter offensive, track the perp down and ram that gizmo
right down his sorry throat. I sure as hell wouldn't go to the police.
Going to the police is a complete and total waste of time. There's a name
for people who rely on the police to protect them. They're called victims.
FWIW, I do wonder sometimes if I am a TI. There is no way to know for
sure. The same technology that makesthe obvious cases possible also makes
possible far more subtle cases. You own voice can be recorded, edited for
content, and played back to you in such a way that there is very little
way you could tell it wasn't your own mind subvocalizing. Furthermore,
hypnosis via silent sound presumable works like hypnosis in general, i.e.,
it can include a post hypnotic command to forget that it happened.
So really, it could happen to anybody, and they'd only know if the perps
wanted them to.
