It's not a distortion to suggest the government is involved in an overt
conspiracy to deny the BSA of their Supreme Court upheld constitutional
liberties. The court is of the government yes but why then is Clinton so
eager to pursue non-judicial methods to get around that particular branch
of the government in an effort to impose his vision on the BSA? It is not
necessary for every department and sub-department of the government to be
explicitly or even implicitly involved for there to be a government led
conspiracy. The public funding issue is merely a ruse to get the public to
support the unconstitutional bullying of a defiant group.
