This IS Conspiracy Theory after all. I don't know if I totally believe
it or not, but it is as credible as some of the other stuff that crosses
this list. I can't dismiss it out of hand, but I wouldn't await some
Ken Starr to come along and 'investigate' it either. I've learned that a
lot of people have some very nasty proclivities, and every once in a
while the wildest sounding allegations are indeed true. One thing I do
know/believe is that Bush Sr. is a very powerfull man. He knows where a
lot of skeletons are buried, and that gives him power over other
powerfull people. Cheney is another, though less powerfull, man who
understands how to cover his ass after the fact. This is what makes
George II so dangerous: very powerfull people behind the scenes. In and
of himself, George II is just a "Good Old Boy"; likeable, affable, easy
going. A front man. Bush Sr. is an alltogether different story. I'd
like to see this story thoroughly investigated by a truly independent and
very savvy investigator. But it never will be. All the 'investigations
of allegations' will concern George II, and there is plenty of fun stuff
there to keep us busily distracted for years. "Plausable Denyability"
will continue to protect whatever is lurking in Bush Sr.'s and Cheney's
background as well as what they currently do behind the scenes. The
"October Surprise" has turned into the "Millennium Surprise".
