If we really would be to conclude anything, we would have to define all
of the various terms used in our two contributions and go into studies
of the needs of babies, compare with our relatives: the apes, etc.
As this would take months of discussion, I prefer to elaborate a little
bit on my first article.
Extremes of the opposite cultures we are considering for instance are the
child-loving indigneous cultures of Greenland and Tasmania at one end and
the child-suppressing white Christian imperialist tradition at the other
end.
We both know the outcome of the meeting between these extremes: The
Tasmanian people was exterminated in the most unbelievably babarian and
sadistic manner by the British convicts who themselves were the victims of
the traditional sadistic British abuse of their kids.
The Greenlandish child-loving culture has been destroyed by the Danish child
suppressing colonialists, so that there now is a lot of child abuse in
Greenland.
And we both know which oceans of blood, horor, suffering and misery the last
500 years of European imperialism in general has cost and costs, with billions
of victims.
So your excuse for parents that prepare their kids to 'deal with reality' is
completely in line with the imperialist culture you yourself presumably belong
to.
But even if such 'kill, or be killed' moral might have had any reason in the
past, the situation now in any case has changed dramatically, after the
imperialists have destroyed the natural balance to the extent that the very
life on Earth is threatened.
IF the planet is to be saved, imperialism and its child abuse tradition must
be stopped.
