So when we look at the last column on the right, we
can see that more Democrats are benefiting from the defense contractors
contributions than Republicans. That is interesting as I thought it would
say most of the money went to Republicans. So I am not at all sure this
could be called "Bush" Plan for I do not understand why his plan would send more
money to Democrats in congress.
