Just to be clear, I never stated that John Birch was a member of the John
Birch Society.
But I think he might have been an extremist patriot, not that that is a bad
thing to be (Extremism in the virtue of freedom is not a dead horse, or
some such progress. Please update me on Goldwater, how soon the
liberals forget, or some such rot... Or do you dispute that also. :)
