The plant grows in male and female separate plants, yes plants may exhibit both sexes also. And even in the wild, pollination may take place from other variants and increase and change the plant dramatically. Also like I have said there ARE age-old growing, pruning and other newer technological innovations that allow one to increase THC production. Hemp and cannibas are the same plant.
