Well, I'm probably a lot older than Colleen so I can be forgetful. Let's try
Egypt. Is that near enough for you. Turkey, of course, is multicultural and
while a republic is at least as democratic as the United States, except that
it's against the law not to vote. So everybody does vote. I just am not
sure of your standards. Is there another "democracy" in the Middle East that
treats half of its citizens like dogs? I don't know, but I haven't lived in
all of them. Prudy
