Your Government No Longer Represents You, Also The Government Is Plotting To Subvert Dr. Greer's Disclosure Project Behind Enemy Lines: The Nature of Things to Come by Mother Earth (Gaia) through Pepper Lewis Dear Readers: By now, you may have noticed a slight difference in how Mother Earth (Gaia) is choosing to communicate with us. The last few months have brought many changes to the Earth and to humankind. If I doubted this before, I will now say that the scope and depth of your communications of late with Gaia have transcended all previous boundaries. Perhaps my own fears have prevented me from allowing Gaia the range of expression she has newly found in me. Our agreement has always been one of partnership in all things, and there have been times when she has waited patiently for me to complete my work in a certain area of my life so that together we could move on to new ground. This is one of those times. In the past, I have expressed my concern regarding putting forth information that could be considered prophetic in nature regarding the future of the Earth. Perhaps it was ancient memories of past-life persecutions, but the mere thought of it would carry me elsewhere, leaving me unable to channel on any subject. Gaia has assisted me in overcoming this for the most part and has expressed a clear interest in communicating with you in new and different ways. Long ago, she said this day would come, but I still believed it was a long way off. Gaia's current desire is to bring both ancient truth and future truth into the present so it will empower us and assist us in creating a future we would like to have. In order to do this, a greater surrender is required on my part, which I am willing to do. Because empowerment usually requires an exchange of energy, I believe something will also be asked of you. I do not know what it might be, as each individual is unique, but in trusting the process I have benefited greatly, and I hope you will do the same. The following message is based upon questions posed to Gaia by a few individuals who have a profound interest in bringing to light what is hidden or covert. Her answers are full-bodied and expansive and leave less to the imagination than those found in previous messages. In doing so, it is Gaia's desire to awaken, incite, initiate and instigate our own cellular memories. Although she is a strong proponent of divine timing, I can assure you that she is anxious to embrace brave new possibilities and is willing to do whatever it takes to assist us in doing the same. In answer to your many questions of late, I offer this communication, which endeavors to bring forth clarity on several subjects of vital importance. Please welcome the support and assistance from the unseen realms, which now project themselves into your awareness. This will assist you in bringing to the surface your own thoughts and questions, thereby energizing your personal truth to find answers and empowerment in the following words. A Time for Disclosure A recent article entitled "Renewable Resources and You" [Sedona Journal, July 2001] seemed to synchronistically coincide with news of what is being called the Disclosure Project, sponsored by Dr. Steven Greer. Would it be an overstatement to say that this is the most important time so far in the history of humanity and the Earth? It is not an overstatement, but a clarification will perhaps offer another perspective. Each day that dawns becomes the most important day so far because it has more to offer than the previous day. By tomorrow, for instance, you will have read these words and others contained in this publication. You will have gained a broader perspective on a variety of subjects. Each perspective offers more choices and each choice offers even more perspectives. Each new day offers access to greater possibilities than the previous day. As possibilities become experiences, your purpose for being here is fulfilled. Synchronistic events that call you back to full conscious awareness will become the norm for this time period, which will last until approximately 2005. This will be in sharp contrast to the blaring lights and sounds of a tired and old regime, which will desperately try to recaptivate your interest in an old paradigm. The last cycle reached its climax around the time of the millennium celebration and dissipated shortly thereafter. It was appropriately called the Awakening, and its energies were structured to do just that. The physical Earth rattled and shook as it dislodged itself from the past, and you did the same. You even rattled and shook the bones of your family, friends and neighbors in an effort to awaken them to the new reality at hand. All of humanity, whether dormant, ignorant or awakened, ushered in the new millennium. This time period will eventually be known as the Great Lie, and its gift will be that of truth. Many have asked, "What is the truth and when will it emerge? When will the lies be exposed and the events that are set into motion be blatant enough for all to sit up and take notice?" The energies of this year will begin the process, and those of 2002 will continue it. Each successive month and year will make the secrets more intolerable and more difficult to keep hidden. The light will find one way or another to break from the shadow, and the messengers will make their appointed rounds. If the ears cannot hear, the eyes will see. The truth will find those with the voice to speak, and those with open hearts will hear. This time period will force a choice as never before as to what the Earth will bring forth. Will it birth an enlightened humanity, an unburdened human race whose societies and cultures embrace their own divinity? Will this planet be able to sustain them and carry forth their future generations, or not? If it cannot, other choices will become apparent beginning next year. Regarding the Disclosure Project, it appears that Dr. Greer has masterfully built an overwhelming body of evidence, which includes the testimony of many witnesses whose credibility can hardly be questioned. He seems to have the dedication and the ability to see this all the way through, no matter what. Can you foresee the response to his work being enough to convince Congress to agree to open hearings? If so, do you see this happening soon? The hearings will come forth as a result of the knowledge made public by the one you have described, but it may not be in the way you now envision. The hearings will appear to originate as independent or original thoughts of those with the power to schedule them. Contrary to public opinion, those in power are not opposed to your being aware of contact with off-planet beings. Indeed, they welcome this opportunity as much as you do and desire this to become public knowledge as long as it does not compromise their ability to manage and control you in the process. Behind the scenes, they are sponsoring and contributing to the campaigns of projects such as this one. They are making it clear to those who wish to come forward that it is safe to do so. Hidden Agendas Will people be able to see through this? Will they see the agenda behind the public disclosure? No, not immediately. It will at first appear to be a great conquest, especially for those who have searched diligently for enough evidence to force a public admission by those in power. They will feel redeemed, no longer written off as second-class citizens or perceived lunatics. They and their followers will see this moment as a great reward, a moment of glory, the spoils of a hard-fought war against a formidable enemy. This same moment will arouse a similar response by those who have once again achieved their means by successfully manipulating the public to bring about the desired results, up to and including the unique timing of the event. Those who lead and participate in these hearings will at the appropriate moment wonder aloud-and most likely on camera-at the lack of physical evidence presented. "Where is the tangible evidence that exists beyond the testimony of these unquestionably idyllic witnesses?" they will ask. "Where is the physical proof? Where are the extraterrestrial beings or their ships? Will they not come forward to support and confirm the magnitude of evidence already presented?" The next issue in order of importance during these proceedings will be to encourage any alien beings to come forward, and they will. Again, remember that not all will be as it appears or as you have imagined it would be. Those who preside over these hearings will offer to welcome any being of alien origin who chooses to step forward as a distinguished and honored guest. They will solemnly promise all of the respect and concessions accorded any other visiting dignitary. This will lay the groundwork for the citizenry we will call off-planet to come forward. It is within the desire, scope and agenda of those in power to introduce these beings to you, because the first ones to come forth will be the very ones who have a liaison with your rulers and an interest in the planet itself. Do not let this fact mar your elation at what will be the opening of the floodgates and the first turning point in a series of events that will last some time. Upon opening a door, it does not matter if it is the dark or the light that tumbles out first-all will eventually benefit. It is important, however, to be of clear mind and sound body so that your full awareness will be available to you when needed. It is also important that you do not allow the magnificence of the moment to veil your understanding of the truth or of the various agendas that will be emerging at this time. As has been said earlier, all beings have an agenda. Your life's purpose is an agenda, a curriculum. The first agenda or priority is the need or desire to survive; all beings have this, myself (the Earth) included. The next priority for many of you is to hold the light and bring forth healing for others. Although this is notable and noble, it is still an agenda. Those who will come forward also have an agenda that they believe is noble, even if you do not. It will most likely take you by surprise when you discover it, because you will be inexplicably attracted and magnetized to the presence of these beings. You will become interested in all that makes them unique. What is the color and texture of their skin in comparison to your own? What color is their blood? What are the anomalies of their species? Do you see? The Malcontents Dr. Greer and the witnesses who have come forward remind me of peaceful warriors, dedicated and committed to bringing out the truth. Surely they will see through this pretense, and if they do, won't others do the same? In the beginning, those who oppose what is new and exciting will simply be seen as malcontents, especially those who come from light communities, or what you still call the New Age. They will be reminded that they have been clamoring for this very disclosure for years but are even now, upon disclosure, unsatisfied. It will be submitted that perhaps this group cannot be satisfied at all, as it still continues to put forth allegations and accusations of mistrust, replete with government cover-ups, covert activities and hidden agendas. They will strongly suggest that this group accept its victory and move on. What will happen next? How do you see the government's plan to portray them as malcontents playing out? It is not only these individuals who will be cast in this light. It is likely that their followers will as well, perhaps even you and others like you. Let us say that a child whines to its mother, "I want, I want, I want, I want," so the mother gives the child what it wants. The child then whines, "I want, I need, I want, I need," and so the mother once again satisfies the child. Eventually, the mother will say, "Enough. I have given what has been asked yet the whining continues. Do you see? This is how it will be made to look as far as the public is concerned. They will be shown to be petulant children in need of a little time in which to mature. Once again, momentum will be gathered, and they will bravely approach another branch of the governmental system. They will decry the sequestering of information for conspiracy purposes, to which it will be said, "What conspiracy? All that you have asked for has been made public." There will most likely even be a publicity campaign launched worldwide emphasizing the government's willingness to respond to the public's right to know. Those who still call "foul" will have little left to stand on. The First to Fall Are all government employees aware of this agenda, or is it only the higher-ups? For instance, what about civil service workers and other government employees, such as secretaries? What about congressional members, senators and members of the FBI and CIA? The use of terms such as "government," "government official," "official power," "powers that be," "seat of power" and others of like vibration are given to mean all who are in positions of power, those who govern and those who have a presence within the governmental corridors. It implies and includes all those who have direct or indirect influence over the average world citizen. As of this writing, only those whom you call the higher-ups are directly linked to the extraterrestrial program, but this will soon change as it filters to the lower-ranked members of government. Even those who manage your cities and townships will be affected, because their own power is slipping away; they are fighting a losing battle and will be first to fall. The citizens of this country and of others are becoming increasingly insecure in the power they currently bestow upon their elected officials. There is a severe lack of support for the passage of new legislation and even less support for the scandalous privacies of those they have elected. They are mzore reluctant than ever to contribute what little monies they have to treasuries they do not participate in. If You Can't Beat 'Um, Join 'Um How can our government's public declaration of alignment with an extraterrestrial race possibly benefit them? It is simple. It is just like your old adage, "If you cannot beat them, join them." The current programs in force are failing or will shortly do so. Any new program attempted by this administration or any other will be quickly dismissed as a repackaged version of the same. The public has discovered that there is little difference between one political party and another, as all are governed by self-interest. If the next program offered does not have a significant call to action, all will be lost. The government believes that the alien presence is their best "trump card"; they had hoped to keep it secret a little longer, but pressure from all sides is calling it forth sooner. These aliens are compassionate and intelligent beings; they did not arrive at their current position of authority by brandishing barbaric weapons and spewing brazen language. They are prepared to win you over, and they will. Their advanced techniques will assist you in lifting and improving the quality of your life. They will anticipate your needs and fulfill your desires with their advanced abilities. Their superior abilities will be clearly established. The population will welcome the public acknowledgment by the government, and they will cheer the restructuring of your constitution to one that better reflects the new millennium. Most will not question, and little protest will be offered when it becomes clear that there is little distinction between the allegiance pledged to your own government or that offered to an alien race. It will simply be seen as the new guard replacing the old. Star Wars What is our government's agenda? How does acknowledging the presence of alien beings (who may or may not be of the light) affect it? Is the government's agenda aligned with that of these beings? They share an interest in military displays of power, along with a comfort that is derived from an adversarial attitude about life. An adversary can be an individual, a culture, a country or a planet. In this case, the adversary is called free will; therefore, any advocacy from any source that might be perceived as leading to individual sovereignty is seen as a threat. Your governmental powers have been uncomfortably restless at peace for some time. They have become instigators and inciters by nature and would feel more comfortable at war with an opponent or foe. War is contagious and can quickly expand to epidemic proportions, whereas peace is precarious at best. Alignment with these beings will bring the world closer to world war than ever before, and the near economic collapse of many world economies will bring them to the brink. This war would make a game board of the Earth, a worldwide grid controlled by push-button-activated weapons of mass destruction discreetly aimed at their targets from the safety of space. Based upon what you have just said, will these agendas lead to wars in space? It is possible, but it is more likely that it will be wars from space rather than in space, because the desired bounty is the Earth, and it is you; it is not the acquisition of more space. Government officials are more interested in seizing power and money. This is more easily generated here on Earth than in space, where weaponry is relatively inexpensive. Tomorrow's weapons are based upon light and its ability to refract its own intensity until it is on the verge of separating from itself. At this point, it becomes a new form of energy or power, one that can be consciously directed by will or intent. Threats regarding this weapon's power will be suggested and confirmed by displays that light up the night sky, but it is unlikely that it will be directed at the Earth. An attempt to use this weapon may be made upon the lightships of another race that has been of assistance to you in the past and to which you have a great affinity for. It also will be thwarted and the weapon later dismantled. Wars in space will no longer be allowed. The average citizen will go to bed believing that their dollars are being spent on space exploration and technology that will lead to the colonization of other planets, and the new "elders" from space will confirm this. Dwindling Earth resources will continue to confirm the need for space colonies if the human race is to survive and expand. The Power of Words What about those who see though the agenda or choose not to participate in it? There must be many who remember the mistakes of the past and do not wish to repeat them. Yes, there will be many. They will find one another and band together in small numbers. Eventually, they will be joined by others whose beliefs are similar. It will seem as strange bedfellows, indeed, for they will be the followers of the book considered most holy around the world. Their own beliefs will be as different as their reasons for supporting another truth, but their support will be honest and sincere. Their vision of a new paradigm will be unlike the one you have looked forward to, but it will be even more unlike the agendas offered by others. This alone will move them into action. There are many kinds of weapons. Upon the Earth, words are and will remain one of the most powerful weapons of all. Is Dr. Greer aware of the government's plan? If so, is he prepared to meet the challenges that may arise as a result of it? He is aware of all that he needs to know on a conscious level and more within other planes of consciousness. He is able to access these as timing dictates, just as you are. He is not aware of the subtle nuances of future moments, nor does he need to be. He is aware of how he is to bring his word and his work forth. The channel [Pepper Lewis], for instance, is aware of many of the Earth's fluctuations, feelings, future probabilities and likely responses, but she is not aware of details such as what the Earth can create or endure in a given moment or of every upcoming Earth change, because it would not benefit her at this time to be consciously aware of that. That is not to say that the information cannot be accessed as it becomes important. Gathering timely awareness and momentum is more important than gathering information, do you see? It is the same with this individual. He is aware of what he can do, will do and must do, because he is called to it. His focus and intent will see to his needs. He will not be easily detracted. Pulling Away from the U.S. Will other countries around the world mirror the sentiment of our own? Most other countries are even now pulling away from this one. They do not see the merit in the policies put forth by your current president or how they might benefit by them. Other countries that are still aligned with and echoing the sentiment of this one believe there is something to be gained or are already owned by this power or by the one that stands behind it. Most other countries are much smaller; they could not match the arsenal of this one, even if their treasuries allowed it. Together, they stand a chance of creating a united front. Silently at first, then gathering momentum later on, their voices will be heard worldwide. Already your headlines confirm my words, at least as far as the environment is concerned. Other issues will soon find equal dissent among other nations. The European continent already has founded a loose union; this will coalesce when enough common ground is found. Other countries and island nations may follow suit. Together, many small voices will speak as one. The voice of the United States will also speak as one, but more and more it will become apparent that it is the voice of one man [the president] and not the will of the people that speaks. Currently, many citizens from other countries desire to make their home here; that is, they wish to immigrate to the United States. This will begin to change as this country is seen less and less as supportive of democracy and personal freedom. The citizens of this country will not flee, but they will realize that there may be opportunities that better represent them and their families abroad. A world-based economy will encourage this thought as will the use of the computer and the Internet, which has the ability to make possibilities accessible to the fingertips. Other countries have been more forthcoming regarding contact with extraterrestrial beings. Dr. Greer has received so much more press in Europe and in other countries. How will these countries respond to the United States' position on this subject? Will they support it? Countries that are currently aligned with the United States will continue to be so until public opinion turns against them and their own power is threatened. Some countries will stand aside, temporarily taking their cues from more well-known leaders. They will wait until they receive assurances as to what their public favors as an appropriate response. Civil upheaval will be on the increase in the U.S. and abroad. It will become increasingly difficult to put down these insurrections while managing to maintain the power and authority to govern. World conferences will be established to find solutions for these upheavals that will lead to costly losses of property, life, public opinion and finances. At this time there is high-level communication between extraterrestrials and open-minded heads of state. They are being offered a nonspecific overview of the near future so that they can plan accordingly. Not all contact is with government officials. Some contact is with average citizens and some is with beings who for specific reasons are able to make a difference in certain environments.
