-Caveat Lector- I think they were shooting at the wrong houses to make it appear Beck did this and back up their story of the hundreds of rounds, etc. Another thought is that the LEO's wanted to eliminate the Deputy themselves and so had him arrive late, riding into what they planned would be a hail of bullets. And the snitching neighbors--just what did they tell police to bring on this kind of raid? The old 'hate crime' routine most likely for Aleisha is correct that the ADL now trains LEO's in this regard. See post by Bill Shannon last week concerning this in New Jersey and on ADL website. All that is apparently needed is a snitch to claim you are a 'hate criminal' to bring on this result. Note, too, that now the guy is a convicted felon which was not mentioned originally, just that he had a conviction of burglary which may or may not have been a felony depending on the circumstances. How did they know he had weapons for the neighbors did not say that part. Why did they report such a 'nice guy'? Why is the warrant sealed for do we not have open courts anymore? So a busy-body can report a person as dangerous or some sort of hate crime participant and bring on a full-blown raid for why were there so many officers there if this was to be routine with more arriving late? Did they call for back up? Shooting at wrong houses and now saying their aim was bad? Ha! No policeman has aim that bad for it would be almost impossible to miss by that much. They were creating the 'crime scene' details. This is the county where the LAPD has been out of control for years with 40,000 illegal arrests, a real problem with police abuse.
