push through a "Health ID Card" when they
tried to completely socialize the medical
industry during Clinton's first term.
The modern card would have "biometric"
information. Laserscan fingerprint like the
driver's license, laserprint photo,
possibly a DNA code of the individual,
facial biometric ID recognition,
barcoded information...and somewhere down the
line a "smart chip" not unlike what is available
now in the VISA Smartcard.
I expect that at some point, the chip will be
a microchip implanted under the skin.
Virtually all transactions (buying and selling)
and activities and movement through society will
require this chip.
It will be justified in the name of "security".
