We have received a copy of the amicus brief filed last summer by New Mexico
civil liberties attorney Reber Boult in the Drug War on Trial Case. It is
now posted online:

It's a very interesting document, an authentic attorney's view of the case
that was before the New York State Supreme Court, and includes observations
about the "professional" (NOT) behavior of Banamex attorneys at Akin Gump in
pursuing the now fracased case against us.
This legal brief is now archived online for the benefit of historians,
future law school students, and other interested members of Civil Society.
We thank Attorney Reber Boult for his tell-it-like-it-is solidarity with our
