As part of the CONTRACT made with BENJAMIN FRANKLIN in 1785
 
            the FRENCH ROYAL FAMILY agreed to handle all transportation
 
            & communication in the UNITED STATES.    So when RAILROADS
   
            became a VIABLE TECHNOLOGY the ROYAL FAMILY starting
   
            building RAIL LINES to connect various cities.
 
            Along with this AGREEMENT was the ACQUISITION of ADJACENT
 
            LANDS to the RAILROAD LINES.    So the ROYAL FAMILY was
        
            given EVERY ODD SECTION of LAND for 30 MILES either side of the
 
            RAILROAD TRACKS.    A SECTION of land is 640 ACRES if
 
            I remember correctly.   
 
            In order to get GOOD PEOPLE to work for the RAILROADS ,
 
            the ROYAL FAMILY signed over 640 ACRES ( ONE SECTION of
 
            LAND ) to their FAVORITE EMPLOYEES.
 
         
            This is the ORIGIN of the ODDFELLOWS LODGE.   The ODDFELLOWS
 
            are SORT of a MASONIC BROTHERHOOD.   The DIFFERENCE
    
            was that the ODDFELLOWS were the ones who worked for the
   
            ROYAL FAMILY and who had RECEIVED an  ODD SECTION
 
            of LAND in this THIRTY ACRE ZONE either side of the RAILROAD
 
            TRACKS.
 
 
            Many modern day CORPORATIONS evolved out of this RAILROAD
 
            SCENARIO in the 1800's.    Such as BECHTEL CORPORATION
 
            and   AT & T.   Obviously some corporations didnt evolve out of
   
            this situation.   Such as MICROSOFT , EDS , DELL COMPUTING.
 
    
            But the FAMLIES with the REALLY BIG MONEY all evolved out of
   
            the RAILROAD DYNASTIES.    This would include most of the

Benjamin Franklin was from the north, and you're saying
he had agents controlling southern railroads in some
sense. I can tell you that it would have been very handy
to have some sort of coverup and enforcement of a
northern scheme to reduce the south to a colony by
preventing industrialization, and your railroad security
agents might have been such an asset.

Northern railroad tycoons kept the South from industrializing
all the way up to WWII, when President Franklin Delano
Roosevelt intervened so that the south could help with
production for WWII.

The obstacle was that raw materials, for instance coal
and iron both available locally in Birmingham, Alabama,
were more expensive to ship from mines near Birmingham
to smelters and factories in Birmingham than to ship them
to New England and back as finished product, never mind
any manufacturing cost, and the cost of shipping goods from
factories in Birmingham across town or to southern states
was more than to ship the raw materials to New England
and finished products back. This kept the south a colony,
under cover of the psyop caricature of southern ruralism,
which was fine for some but forced on some who would
rather have industrialized, at least to roll their own
cigarettes and cigars and spin and sew their own cotton
in their own factories, and fabricate their own railroad
rails and guns and plows in Birmingham.

I have a copy of a book Roosevelt had GPO print, titled
Regionalized Freight Rates: Barrier to National Productive-
ness, 78th Congress, 1st Session, House Document No. 137,
Message from the President of the United States, transmitting
a report of the Tennessee Valley Authority, referred to the
Committee on Military Affairs, United States Government
Printing Office, 84579. This was the third report by TVA
on the same project, which was ordered by Roosevelt in
EO 6161 on June 8, 1933. The first report was 1937 as
House document 264, and the second time in 1939 as
House document 271.

My father's father worked on the railroad, my father
went to Georgia Tech and taught economics at U of
Georgia, and he studied this theme and interviewed
a lot of railroad figures who knew the freight rates.
Rheinhold Niebuhr invited him to be a Rhodes Scholar,
but WWII and then the Cold War overruled that idea.
Apparently this problem was never absolutely fixed,
but only in degree, because my father kept checking
in the decades after WWII and the freight rate
inequities were always detectably skewing the value
of regional products and produce such as Florida
oranges so as to enforce colonization of the South
and the West to an extent as well. Not all southern
sour grapes stories are myth.
